If I could give 0 stars I would in a heart beat, sells me the wrong Back Rack for my truck then tells me its the proper one and that I'm mistaken. I don't make money off of wasting people's time but this company believes I do, instead of owning up to it they would rather try blaming the customer. I would much rather give my hard earned money to a company that owns up to there mistakes, this just proves to myself & other like me that customer service is a thing of the past. Sincerely James R.

Took my Arctic plow here today for routine maintenance. Very personable, professional and courteous folks. I'll definitely be back.

Professional, quick. Helped install a hitch on my Jeep after another company failed to complete the job.

The most unhuman customer service I’ve seen in any store. I went there to buy hitch receiver for my car and my 3 year old was with me. They had a vending machine inside with almost 1 year expired chips and I bought them for my son without even checking the expiry date. Mu son already had a cold and 3 days before he got a covid test. Because of these expiring chips he got food poisoning and vomited for 2 day badly and because of this he had to go to get tested again for covid. I wish these employees to go through pain and suffering my son went through. They didn’t even had the gut to offer covering medication or at least to refund the cost of the chips. They became even rude saying it’s not their responsibility because the vending machine was installed is taken care of by a subcontractor. P.S. If you need a hitch then it’s a good place, but make sure you know what you need and how it looks, cause they were almost giving me the wrong hitch until I showed them how it should look like.

Awesome customer service. I needed a hitch attachment for my factory receiver on my 2003 Mazda Tribute. They had the hard to find parts in stock. Hooked me up, no pun intended in 20 minutes. Great staff too. Highly recommended.

Overall good experience here getting my trailer hitch installed on my WRX, only issue was the exhausted hangers were very close part of the hitch so when ever I drive my car I have a metal on metal sound (loud and sounds dreadful) after the hitch city crew taking another look they advised that it’s a design flaw and I should take my car to a muffler shop for them to torch and bend the hangers so they don’t make contact and the sound. (additional cost to me)

If you are mechanically inclined at all you would steer far away from this place. Got a cap installed by these guys and it was the biggest hack job I have ever seen. Banged the BLUE cap off something, chipped the paint knocked a chunk of fibre glass off it and then dabbed it with BLACK paint got and got it all over the place. Then they use T-taps for wiring the lights up into the factory harness. Then they ran a wire underneath the truck for the lights inside the cap and ran it through a body mount ! Didn’t even tie the wire up or anything. Ran it through a hole in the cab with no protector on it. Just bare wire on sharp steel, dangling under the truck. Place is a joke. Go to Action trucks.

Had a trailer wiring harness installed at Hitch City Barrie. Glen was great to deal with and very personable. Glen made me feel comfortable by turning on the tv while waiting. Great service and reasonable pricing. Thank you Hitch City Barrie.
