Extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and the service department is top notch. Had a couple of maintenance/warranty issues and they were taken care of immediately and without any hassle. Highly recommend Destination RV to anyone wanting to deal with an honest reputable dealer.

We dealt with Blair who was super helpful and found us the trailer we wanted at the lowest price we had found yet. Unfortunately we had a number of issues with the trailer within the first month of owning it, but destination RV did a great job of getting in contact with other dealers to fix the problems (as we were on the road at the time) and they showed a genuine interest in making sure the issues were rectified as quickly as possible. Kim was really helpful and efficient at making sure the warranty would cover the issues as well as contacting other dealers who were close to us. She always got back to us in a short time frame. Junior contacted us multiple times to make sure the issues were being taken care of. Would definitely recommend Destination RV!

I needed some alteration to the inside of my 5th wheel to be more specific Potty area. There quote was in the limits of what we figured it would be so we went ahead with the work. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was excellent. It looks like it came from the factory.The staff was friendly and informative. We had purchased the trailer at another dealership and they recommended Destination RV as the place to get my alterations done. Thanks to all your team for the time and care they took to ensure things were satisfactory to us. I will be returning here for sure.

They were great to deal with,very personable and they worked with me every step of the way. My experience was a very pleasant one and they worked with me to be able to get what I wanted at an affordable price. This is a family owned and orientated business and you can tell as they take pride in what they do from first contact to delivery. Blair, Cindy and Phil all worked together very well to meet my needs and my delivery schedule. What great people to deal with! I was very impress and would buy from Destination RV again in a heart beat and recommend this Company to everyone. W	William scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HI We are looking for a small truck camper. Destination RV had one advertised for sale. We called about it and was told it was in perfect condition. We drove about 90 minutes to see this little gem. Upon doing a detailed inspection of the unit we noticed water damage by the back door. Still interested we asked about getting it repaired and the cost. We were told they were not sure if the wiggle room on the camper price would be enough to include the repairs. Still interested we asked what would they do to make sure the leak was fixed. The salesmen Blair went to get a price on the repairs. Blair came back and we asked if they had any trailers in the 16 to 20 foot size. Blair showed us a used 16 foot camper. While inspecting this unit we noticed the mattress had a tear in it. I made the comment this must be our lucky day then Blair unexpectedly asked us to leave and informed us we were rude and would not sell us the truck camper or any unit they had. I guess you are not supposed to point out defects to your spouse. This action from Blair was totally unprofessional and uncalled for I would not recommend this RV dealership to anyone who employs a salesman such as Blair Bill Scott

Blair is a fantastic salesman and he knows how to get the job done. After going on our vacation, we came back with some problems and within a week, we had an appt. to get everything sorted. Although Quicksilver gave the dealership a runaround about one of the issues, Blair stood his ground. Everything was fixed without charge. We are extremely happy that we met the dealership at the RV show in Toronto and give a perfect 10 to all the staff for their friendliness and professionalism. A Quicksilver 6 happy campers. We highly recommend buying at Destination RV

We didn't have to before as their business was so welcoming and the family and staff have been #1 in our experience. We have had 2 fifth wheels and now a motorhome all of which have received warranty work at Destination. Also, Cindy's homemade cookies are a real treat...but she is often too busy to provide a regular quantity!? We find that Phil, Phil Jr, Blair and staff are very knowledgeable and straightforward in the information they provide. They are also very professional in all the work they do. If there is a delay in their timing for getting the job done they will tell you and its usually due to availability of parts not under their control. North Simcoe area is blessed to have such a fine rv sales and service business as Destination RV.
K	Ken Lowry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a great deal of time shopping for new trailer tires. Most retailers either didn't stock the size or were not able to put the tires on my rims. I ordered on line and had my order confirmed for two days and then was told, after I requested an update, that they had a stock error and could not fill my order. Then I found Blair at Destination RV in Barrie and he replied on line very quickly, had the right size tires in stock, great price and was able to install the tire the next day. What a breath of fresh air. Everyone was friendly on arrival and I was able to wait while the tires were installed. I will be back for other trailer and camper work and parts. Thanks guys
