Lloyd arrived ahead of schedule wich was a bonus for me. He was very professional , thorough and polite. He was able to diagnose the issue with our AC . Waiting for an estimate as it will need a new part. Our AC isn't that old and was not installed by this company. The repairs will be much cheaper and worth it rather than purchasing a new one!! The last time we had a different company come in to look at our old AC they charged us $450 just to tell us we needed a new one! This was 99.99 plus tax that we didn't mind paying!! Looking forward to having a fully functioning AC for the upcoming hot summer season! So far would recommend this company!!

Amazing company to work with from the front office all the way to the tech's. Spoke with them in 2021 about having a mini split installed in my garage and had someone out next day and installed in about a week. The guys who came to my house were amazing and you wouldn't even have known they were there. Had to call again to have our AC looked at as it stopped working. Sent a tech out next day and he had it up and running in no time. I look forward to getting a service account setup and would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks again.

The service received was superior. I called for service on morning of Dec 28 and same day a technician Rob was dispatched. Unable to repair the old furnace. He was so sincere and helpful promptly took action with management , I certainly did not just feel as if I was just another client, and very next morning my new furnace was being installed. The two technicians who installed were very sincere and so thorough a great job by everyone at your company. Thank you so much, for this great service and for all the great service over the years as other times as well the service was outstanding.

First I called on Reliance to come and fix an A/C issue which should have been covered under their service plan. Reliance told me they couldn't fix it, citing an outdated coolant being used and that we should possibly think about a new unit which I agreed to talk about with a salesman. Well the salesman came over and tried to not only sell me a new A/C unit but a new furnace as well. And not just to buy but to lease it off Reliance at a rate which would only cover 5 years of the cost if I just bought it outright. So something smelled fishy so I declined all future business and called up Affordable Comfort. A technician by the name of Glenn came by and told me I had a simple capacitor issue which would cost less than a couple hundred for a new one. There was no coolant issue or leak, the pressure was fine. He installed the new part and everything ran like it did before. Thanks to Affordable Comfort I will be using them for all future maintenance from here on out. And thank you Glenn for your professionalism. Reliance tried to scam my family or the specific people who showed up tried to scam us (Jeff and Josh I think). The salesman used his typical high pressure tactics on me but I saw right through him before he opened his mouth. Anyways, Caveat Emptor! (Also Reliance will get the bill for the fix or I will see them in court, the repair should have been covered under their plan).

Experience with this place has been great. Started with salesperson, Jim, who is a pleasure to work with. They do shoot to get you the best price (which is easy to validate, many companies you can get quote from) but what set them apart for me was they were the only company not afraid to point out very necessary changes you need to make that may increase the scope of work. I had a new furnace installed last year. This year, I had an air conditioner installed. The installers, Matt and Ryan, both did a fantastic job on the install itself, and cleaned up some frankenstein duct work which was a result of 20 years of other companies quick fixes prior to me being in this house. Highly recommend working with this company. I hope to not have to replace either of these devices for another 15 years at least, but if i do, I know who to call.

While we were initially left disappointed with a/c install job itself, Affordable Comfort has bent over backwards to rectify any issues we had and ensure a good working relationship going forward. It seems the main issue was miscommunication more than anything else. We are really very impressed with Tom and his product knowledge and commitment to customer service. The gentlemen sent to correct the installation was great also. We have edited and updated this review based on the companies due diligence and impressive customer service. Thank you Tom! It doesn't go unnoticed.

We needed to have our gas fireplace and air conditioner serviced. I called Affordable Comfort and received excellent service from the time of my call right up until Lloyd, the technician, arrived at our home. Lloyd was punctual, courteous, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this service. I am over the moon happy with my experience with this company. After a harrowing couple of weeks of researching companies and their products to have a new furnace and A/C installed, I chose to go with Affordable Comfort. The experience was great from the get go. Jim Prince was the tech that came to do my quote with his trainee Jeff. They were both very personable and listened to what I wanted and answered my questions clearly. Unlike other companies where I felt I was being led to whatever product they were wanting me to purchase. Even following the initial at home quote, Jim was very quick to return several further emails and calls regarding questions I had about their product and details on the warranties, etc... I did not want a company that just sold and installed a system, I wanted a company that stands by not only their product, but their customers as well before, during, and after installation. Once I picked them, the finance process was easy and quick and my installation was booked immediately, Taylor was great guiding me through that process. The crew, Jen and Rafe, arrived in time and were very personable as well. They did a great job with installing our full new system. I even had questions while they were here, and they were awesome getting them answered quickly and clearly, Rafe even called in to make sure that I was getting the info I asked for. Jim again called after I emailed another question while the work was being done to make sure I got the answers I was looking for. The install went the time they projected and I am very happy I chose this company for the job. I feel like I have a team behind me should any issues come up in the future. The warranties are top notch in comparison to almost all of the other 7 companies that quoted me. They are not the cheapest or most expensive, but I wholeheartedly feel that this company has and will deliver the best service moving forward. Absolutely what I was looking for. I would recommend to anyone.
