★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled for a furnace maintenance and it was completed by a very nice and professional man named Joe. What could have been a 20 min maintenance turned into much more. Joe identified that whoever installed my new furnace in 2019 cut allot of corners ( we came to find out that sun contractor that did the install in no longer in business) . Joe could have very well done the same and said everything was in good working order and left for his next call. I would have been none the wiser. Instead Joe took the time to look over my entire furnace and identified several things that needed to be re done. Joe took the time to place a call and make sure that someone will be coming back to fix all the issues in a few days as he had to get going as it was the end of the day. He assured me everything was safe and nothing to worry about, but went the extra mile to ensure all the other fixes would be taken care of in 48 hrs. That is great customer service!! Thank you Joe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!! We came all the way from Toronto to cottage country, so a technician can check the water heater. We waited from 1-5:30 pm. I called customer service to see where the technician was. I was told he will call me right away. The technician never did. I called back and told the customer service representative that I did not receive a call. Apparently the technician said he called me and I did not answer!!! Which is far from the truth!!! Until now I still have not received a call. Waisted my gas and time!! I called 3 more times and was told there is no manager to speak with and was hung up on each time. We had also made an appointment with the air-conditioning sales rep. The sales rep called and showed up!!! Great guy!!! However, customer service did not tell him we do not have airducts. Which i mentioned several times. So that was a waisted trip for the sales person. Horrible experience!!!! I forgot to mention one of the customer service agents sounded like they were in the bathroom. We just bought the house and do not want to deal with this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our water heater finally quit after close to 30 years! Reliance was extremely easy to communicate with when booking an appointment. They booked us an appointment within a few days. Jacob was great and did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. I would highly recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a new water heater ASAP. Our current water heater was electric. After troubleshooting it we decided to call Reliance to get a Gas Tank installed. Steve arrived right on time, he even gave us a heads up that he was on the way.
With no water hot water in 4 days, Steve jumped all over it and ensured us we would have hot water before he left today. He was very professional and courteous and his workmanship is top class. Highly recommended and would call them again in a heartbeat. We now up and running!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had such a good experience with this company. Our furnace decided to choose one of the coldest day to stop working. Our salesperson Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. Not only did she have someone out the next day, but she was in constant contact with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. When the service men came out they were so friendly and made sure to keep everything organized and clean. Especially during Covid this was very comforting to see.
We have just recently installed a UV light and again Stephanie was a delight to deal with as was the service technician. We will definitely be calling her when the hot summer comes because our AC will need to be replaced.
I highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank You Tom #4646 for your professional service and your top notch expertise.He called ahead with a time when he would arrive and he arrived then. I felt at ease immediately. Tom explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Tom explained the problem and completed the repair. Tom was a pleasure to have doing the repair of our A/C unit. I will only ever call this company again for any and all repairs. I will also strongly request the same Technician come to do any repair. Our Air conditioner is now operating better than it did when it was installed. The horrible buzz is gone too. FANTASTIC job Tom.
Reliance Yanch please keep Tom at your place so I can always feel confident in calling your company.
Tom made our weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service we received from the Reliance plumber, Tim. Tim just installed our new, rental water softener. Before doing so he covered our floors and his boots to protect our flooring. Tim was friendly and comfortable to be around. Tim thoroughly explained the water softener system, how it operated and what we needed to do to efficiently use it. He listened to our questions and offered clear, concise answers. He did excellent work!
We would highly recommend him and Reliance!
