★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Innisfil Air Conditioning has been our company of choice for over 6 years now. When I called them at 8:00 this morning and they were at our business and had our system fixed within an hour and a half, I thought that others need to know that this is a very reputable and reliable company. Such companies are few and far between. I can't recommend them highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service!! I am very satisfied. I called the after hours number and within 15 minutes I received a call back. Peter (the technician) was extremely helpful and walked through troubleshooting with us on the phone. When we determined what the issue was and decided to have him come service our furnace right away, he was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend this company to everyone who needed a hvac company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly service. Their technician was very rude and did not fix the job properly. He started yelling at us when we asked him questions. We cancelled their service and will call their head office to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, called about an issue with furnace. Within 3 hours, tech onsite. Diagnosed the issue, explained a quick and cheap fix or more costly replacement of part. Didnt push more expensive option. Left decision up to me. Will use again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician wasn't pleasant to talk to. No explanation about the service. Other companies would have technician explain to you what they doing and what service they performing, as opposed to a guy showing up unscrewing stuff, looking at it, then screwing stuff back and saying okay its good. On top of all technician was rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company. Just replaced the vent motor just over a month ago $500 later and my furnace has broken down again. Instead of them coming over to find out the problem (is it the replaced part) they wanted to charge me $150 service call. Consumer beware!!!!
