I give full marks to Derek. The company has some catching up to do regarding their handling of warranties, but the service on the field is fantastic from what I saw with Derek.

I would definitely use these guys again as our current business in use wouldn't come even though it was an emergency. These guys came right out and got us back up and running very quickly and efficiently on the hottest day so far. I have severe OCD and germaphobia and my wife has a severely compromised immune system so they took every precaution to accomodate for my issues and to protect my wife by sanitizing their tools and equipment as well as their hands when leaving and coming back in and wearing masks. I had to go to work before they were finished but my wife told me they wanted her to have a pen from their business so they took a brand new box that hasn't been opened or even touched by anyone and had her open the box to retrieve a pen that would be safe for her to touch. How many service personnel would have thought of that courtesy? My wife and I really appreciated that so we would definitely use them again! We even told our landlords whom was paying for the service about their kindness, efficiency and professionalism and recommended they be used again. That says something because I have trust issues so if "I" like them they are good to use!
B	Ben Slowly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnace was maintained by Derek who was professional, thorough and friendly. He attended to a lot of small details that had been missed by others. Example: tightening duct connections, sealing air leaks, verifying proper air flow and temperature readings. He also modified the filter door to make it easier to use. This is the guy you want to look after your furnace.
P	Phil Fioravanti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bob came to inspect our malfunctioning a/c unit. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in his service. Unfortunately, our system was in need of a major repair. He advised us to get a new system and managef to set up an appointment for the next day. The only hiccup was that he forgot to quote me for the repair cost. However, he took detailed notes and I was able to get a reply from head office within 15 minutes after he left. I was very pleased with his assessment, his professionalism and most of all, his honestly. Thank you Bob.
D	Dan Ehman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I scheduled a repair to my HVAV system, as the blower on my furnace stopped working. I waited all day on the assigned day and no one showed up. I called the dispatch center and after some discussion, we came to an acceptable agreement for the diagnosis the next day. Robert attended and could not have been more professional. I was told to expect a technician between 8 am and noon. Robert called at 8:15 to advise he would be about 1/2 hour which was greatly appreciated. Robert arrived on time and wore covers over his boots so that he would not dirty the floor. He was very open to explaining the problem and showed me the motor that was burned out and also advised me of the problem which was dirty ducts. he suggested a duct cleaning so that the new motor would not be affected. I am very satisfied with the work and deportment of Robert!

He was very thorough. He was very clear about what I needed to do and offered all the products and services that the company had to offer. I was most pleased to learn that I could request him For future services and I will most certainly be requesting that he do my services going forward. What a great offering from comfort masters that I can request a technician that knows me and my home and I can have him back versus meeting a new stranger. Highly recommend these guys.

Derrick came on the job on time with everything he needed to get the job done correctly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and very professional about his job.
