I would recommend him to anyone. We have had some that are not so good, so we were thrilled with how good he was.
T	Tara Pelaez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actual technician who came was good, however we were told same day service for our water tank (we pay for it monthly through them), and we have been without hot water for 6 days now without repair. First appointment the technician didn’t show, called back and they couldn’t schedule us for 4 days, the appointment was scheduled incorrectly and so the technician didn’t have the part when he showed up, so we had to wait for the part to arrive. Part arrived and were told we couldn’t be fit in for another day. So same day service is definitely over promising and under delivering.

After a few minutes, he solved the problem and got my furnace running again. He also took the time to offer suggestions about preventative maintenance to keep my system running perfectly. I would recommend Rocco to everyone.

J	James Coad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt arrived early. He was very professional and personable. He knew about the type of furnace we had and was very helpful with cleaning of the filters. He wore a mask, put shoe coverings on and was just so enjoyable to talk to. We would love to have him back for our next inspection. We did have a technician a few times a few years ago who did not take his boots off or put a covering on and walked down the hall on our hardwood floors. Matt and I think Jason was here previously and are great.
