Royal Lodge Motel - Hope

Thank you to the folks at the Royal Lodge. We got stuck in Hope BC during a snow storm and they had a room for us on the 2nd day of this crazy trip and snow and closed roads. The best night sleep I have had in a very long time Thank you.for the memory foam bed you have.

Good place. Owner is super friendly and they do their best they to keep their guests happy. Staying here for work and enjoying it so far. Close to McDonalds,A&W, and Chevron/White Spot.

bed bugs in the rooms do not stay here, owner is not nice and costs way too much so what it’s worth. absolutely disgusting

Hair in the drains Hair in the sheet Stained everything Door doesn’t lock Beard hair in the face towels Tv has terrible sound People here are nice The people staying were nice Beds were comfy Wifi works great

Do not stay here. The room was as dirty as they come. Dirty walls, doors, dirty tub and sink, the shower height is for someone 4 ft tall, hair all over the bed. This is a $40 room they charge over $130 . This is a hotel suited for junkies. Go to the Heritage instead…

While in ROOM 19, I was liberated by the realization of this life not being on the same edge as me! Life's probably on a relaxing costal beach, hanging out with vacation or peace of mind. Life's probably palm tree'ing. Or poker'ing the slot machines at some small, fraud supporting private casino beside the PokerStar who is okay with knowing life's good for anybody. Just not me :) motel plus aftershock from dumb- covid life ruining covid. Eff you, covid... several times while at this motel in BC . *not ontario* I feared life ending. Probably because, there is a massive mountain litterally right behind and it appears to be two minutes away from a mudslide , making THIS hopeless town Pompeii from the future! Or Atlantis of the Thompson ocean. Too many motels in such a tight space at the bottom of a massive mountain. At night. The town seems to create an illusion of several working people being in the rooms. But never see a person with a face. All of the available rooms and the construction that isn't REALLY happening as much as it seems to be- means the construction company can afford to make a small village of new executive suites in mobile containers just outside of the town then use to motels for parking spots and the construction company can pay for air b&b and house their families and still have a safe place to keep their personal belongings and whatever type of scams those we TRUST to build CANADA from a STOLEN handful of accounts. Fraud? Well atheist their keeping people employed and housed. Who cares what sort of accounts are being used to black mail the government which they basically are the G in. Mic drop. Canada is out. Sorry they stole my account. RC I'm just a effed over life's about to ender. Stretching for the next fold and the next lie anyone most definitely will tell me. I don't want what they cook in the Back second mic drop

The room was filthy, hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet. Toothpaste and scum on the sink. Hair in the sheets and on pillow cases. Very Run down in general. Holes in the wall by the door and tub. If it wasnt so cold outside I would have slept in the truck. Very dirty. And way too expensive 149$ absolute rip off. Absolutely disgusting.

Was in a bind, will never stay here again. Dirty room, noisy and some pretty sketchy people hanging around. No shower head, blankets rolled up in a pillow case. Not sure how it could be worse. Will be contacting Tourism BC as well.
