They often deal with rude, impatient and entitled customers with tact and grace. Perhaps if more people applied to work at restaurants and Coffee shops, they would be better staffed to help the negative Nancy reviews. ? Not enough staff leads to reduced store capabilities and that isn't the employees fault. It would be important for all to remember that. I'll keep supporting them as I love my coffee and appreciate their hard work and beautiful smiles. Go Hope Starbucks ?
T	Tom Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best Starbucks ever! I ran out of coffee at home so I was forced out into the Covid-19 world. I drove 31 minutes to get here as this is the closest Starbucks to my home. The staff was heavenly. They were friendly and fast. My drink was perfect. The place was spacious and clean. They handled the Covid-19 requirements with out making them weird and intrusive. And they open at 5:00 AM! Awesome!

We left and came back 20 minutes later where still the doors were locked, so I placed an mobile order which worked but they still kept the doors closed? Honestly they should just change their store hours if they can't accommodate.
K	Kerrie Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dine in closed in Hope BC. Explained I had a trailer and was unable access drive through. Kind driver ordered my drinks for me. Met him at the pay window to the barista shrieking at me that I bwas breaking the law by being in a drive through as a pedestrian while all I was trying to do was pay the kind person for our drinks and his order. She tried to refuse the payment for the order because I was in the lane with the cars. She reluctantly accepted my payment for both orders but not before publicly berating me in front of the kind person who'd placed our order. So unnecessarily rude and completely unacceptable from a service perspective.

I told them that Every other Starbucks location I go, I usually ask for no ice and they still give me the full drink but this location even after asking for a light ice the drink is looking like this.. just a terrible experience with them. This store tells me that every other Starbucks are wrong they should not be doing that … waste of money!!!!! $7 drink
