k	kirby baum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cheddar for my burger, could they substitute mozzarella. Ok. Asked for no onion, but I think I got extra instead. Drink is only 3/4 full. Can you guess where I am not coming back to... I knew you could.

They were clearly running on a skelton crew and doing their utmost in face of a mounting line up both inside and at the drive thru. Despite some obviously impatient customers, they worked their tails off and were courteous to everyone. Our meal arrived as ordered and in a reasonable time frame. Kudos to the staff on at that time, these folks deserve our patience and a raise.
C	Corey Reynolds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is brand new, but the size and design of the restaurant is sadly not large enough to accommodate mealtime rush crowds in terms of food prep, queue length or seating. As a result, the staff and patrons are both stressed out about being there. Service suffers as a result and wait times are excessively long despite staff working their tails off. It's not much better than the previous location in a gas station.
J	Joshua Webb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was fast, food was good.. it's an A&W. Onion rings were missing from our bag. It was during rush hour and huge line of customers. When I brought this to there attention, they corrected the mistake promptly. Overall great experience.

I get link sausages instead of bacon and I share with my dog! The sausages were nicely browned the way we like them. Eggs were perfect over med. Not too runny and not to hard! And the new location in Hope is very nice!

This young man was so pleasant and made our afternoon a great outing. The food was served quickly and was hot and delicious. Thanks going to all staff involved and a special thanks to Josh, you have a wonderful way with customers!

I really don't understand how you can't tell the difference between the two. If you don't care to put even a little effort into doing your job properly, (especially when it comes to food) maybe find a new one.
