★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a trashy place. Slowest ever. You wouldn't believe how slow it is. I can't believe I wasted that much time of my life waiting for bad food. Who's in charge of such a brutal place? How embarrassing for our society. I'll never go to another Tim Hortons just out of spite for how bad this one was

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just HORRIBLE! Do not stop here. Drive a few extra second to the McDonalds. Everything about our order was wrong or off, and it was the manager who handed us our drinks. Ordered a kids hot chocolate, and it was nothing but slightly warm water with a little bit of milk in it.
Coffee was wrong.
Plus it was so slow.
Just keep driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest and worst Timmies I've ever been in. Chronically short staffed. If you're expecting a quick stop, you'll be disappointed.
I've suffered through multiple visits over the years, and it has never improved. It's better to go to the other fast food joints down the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero I would. They only staffed one person at the front counter with 5 other staff working the drive thru. We ordered the potato bacon soup and there was a hair in the soup. Tried to return it or exchange for another food item but ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes and gave up because it seemed like we were going to be there for 30 minutes more. This Tim Hortons is unsanitary, uncoordinated and slow. If you enjoy getting hair in your food and waiting in line for 30 minutes, then I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When going to this location....there a few things to keep in mind. It is brutally slow except between opening and 7:30am when the all the pipeline working are going to work. The franchise owner is cheap and keeps the restaurant always under staffed as done so for years. ALWAYS pay with debit or credit, staff either do not understand rounding or are trained to do it wrong. Hope desperately needs a Second Tim Hortons owned by someone else to give this location competition and incentive to better its self

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous service! They only staff one cashier and they forgot my order and served everyone who arrived after me! Did they think I already received my order and was standing there waiting for fun?!
I will never ever stop here again when I’m driving thru Hope and I recommend everyone else do the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhygenic and unhealthy to eat here you can clearly see a fly inside food showcase. Saw this bad thing today 12 july at 3:40 pm and also mentioned this thing to 2 workers there but they did’nt took the action rightaway. Will never come to this tim again! Stay safe and stay healthy ! I request the management to take action againt this immediately. Thanks !

After I screwed up placing the order, Susan jumped in and happily helped us out to make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing staff, thank you all so much
