★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 20 mins while people who ordered after me had their order filled. As they didn't call out ticket numbers it was immediately apparent that was happening. When they finally did start calling numbers, 4 groups had already been filled ahead of my order. I then told them they skipped my order, but they still filled 3 more orders before mine was ready as they didn't have any of it available. So don't plan on getting your food swiftly if you are going in by yourself. They will skip you and then when you do get your order, they won't apologize or offer a discount or any compensation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are happy with garlic fries, meaty and tasty. BUT what we didn’t like at all is too much waste : cover and recipient for a small portioning fries, plastic cups, plastic forks. None is recyclable.
BTW., cold service that also contributes my not-so-good remark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whomever thought it was a good idea to have a trainee as the only cashier, with 1 person for drive-thru and 2 people cooking on a Friday night needs to give their head a shake.
The lady was obviously doing her best but the line-up just got longer and longer.
The food was standard Triple-O fare. I've stopped there before and it's always busy on a Friday. If there are more than three people in front of me I leave and go to the A&W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was fair. Counter staff was nice. The place seemed kind of slow. There was one person dining & a mother-daughter pair ordering in front of me. It's not typical fast food place, maybe something in between fast food & dine in restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This historic place caught my eye and I was super impressed with the quality of their service. The crunch spicy chicken I had alongside the milk shake was awesome. I would love to go there again. Also, I would advice they expand to Ontario so they can reach more audience and compete to make more profit in the nearest future.
