C	Carrie Ghost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here since the beginning for 4 years going on 5. Yes it has had it's bad tenants and they are getting booted. The management team has been very good, When we had any problems it has been taking care of.
M	Meaghan O'Reilly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FAIR WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM RDC Management!!!! Absolute dump of a building. Building is filthy, inside and out, hallways get cleaned maybe once every few months. Parkade has never been cleaned and provides a beautiful, dusty, filthy vehicle every morning before you go to work. Dogs pee and poop all over the property with no control. Management company does not return emails, calls or texts regarding filth, building maintenance or problems in the suite. There are constantly sketchy people roaming the hallways and parkade looking high as hell. We were so embarrassed by this place that we didnt bring any family or friends over for the entire 16 month duration of our tenancy. Never in my life have i seen a building this poorly maintained. RDC, you should be very ashamed of how you do business.
G	Grace Pastuck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT bother renting from this company or moving into this building. Moved in over 2 months ago and had nothing but horrible experiences. Rivergate Edmonton - the building were in is in need of severe renovations that were told to us would be finished BEFORE we moved in. 1 of 2 elevators are broken, the front gate that controls who comes in and out of the lot was broken. The landlords don't care about the property and it really shows. You will over pay, have mixed messages from Irene ( the property shower ), Christina ( landlord involved with lease ) and Ivan ( the official landlord ). They offer various incentives that won't be fulfilled to the extent of which they were promised. It is NOT a smoke free property as well. Please save yourself the time from renting from Strategic group.
C	Colton Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My roommate and I have lived here for almost a year now, in the time we have been here the front gate hasn’t worked for over half of it and the one elevator has been down for almost 3 months now. For a building that’s out of the way it’s quite loud and staff has not been the greatest about dealing with noisy tenants. The view is very nice and location is decent. Due to the maintenance issues and building cleanliness we will not be renewing our lease. I wouldn’t recommend this building if anyone is looking into moving here.
A	Akta Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was beautiful experience to live at Rivergate Condos. Quiet and peaceful. Very easy excess to whitemud highway. Property manager “Ivan Williams ’’ also was very helpful and kind and always was ready to help us out.

I lived at Rivergate condos for just over a year and if it wasn't for me purchasing my first home I would still be there. He was always there if we had any questions/concerns and dealt with them in a timely fashion. He's a very good property manager and always makes you feel welcomed. Way to go Ivan !!
T	Tim Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really strange experience trying to view this place. Cody called 15 minutes before our appointment saying he just got back from vacation so he needed to cancel. Super last minute! Told us to come back another day the next week. Didn't even ask if that day worked for us. About 15 minutes before our second appointment, it was the exact same excuse. He said he just got back from vacation so it wouldn't work. Never got to view this place...a very strange and unprofessional experience
K	Keri-Lee Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not lived in an apartment for 30 years but needed a place with no stairs. I heard that Rivergate was quiet and pet friendly. I fell in love when I came to see it. The manager, Cody, was extremely helpful helping me find the ideal unit in the building and is very efficient. I love the quiet, yes you might hear dogs barking in units, but it is pet friendly! I love the space to walk my dog. Really no complaints at all. Coyotes singing me to sleep is the best!
