★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here at this well hidden dinner theatre is the best food I’ve eaten in memory, situated in an old large house barn with live dinner music (yay!) the food was a cornucopia of fresh! organic vegetables (without over the spicing), ie. the cold slaws wonderful taste was like a blend of freshly picked and prepared organic cabbages, and it was not tangy. The Tilapia was the best I’ve had, along with the butternut squash soup. The service was fast and humble.
Now to the play: The love list” is a very funny play performed by top notch actors upstairs in their charming playhouse, … 2 hours felt like 45m. Thumbs up, 5/5. Book yourself a spot and set a new personal standard in great food and entertainment!! Photo from Maria, thanks x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners run a great business. Everyone is professional but relatable. The food is always good and the plays are always well done. Ticket prices are reasonable and they do seasons tickets. In 5 years I've never seen a bad show or food I was disappointed in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attended the Taylor wedding yesterday at Herongate Barn Theatre and thoroughly enjoyed it. The venue was amazing. Kudos to the staff who served our meal ?. Their attention to detail and keeping everyone safe with Covid protocols was top notch. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Highly recommend the venue for anyone looking to book a wedding, party etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing staff we have ever met! We had our wedding there and it was the most amazing experience! They helped with decorations, made our meal plan (which was so freaking good), helped with recommendations and went out of their way to make sure our day was amazing. The staff was absolutely amazing and honesty went above and beyond. I recommend this venue for all future weddings! I can't express enough my love and gratitude for the venue and staff. Steve and his wife were absolutely amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This past weekend, I married my best friend at Herongate Barn. It was a wedding celebration to remember!
Steve and Ann are absolutely incredible people and are very passionate about their little piece of Heaven on Earth.
Steve was very helpful in making sure that everything was planned, organized and executed leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding.
Every detail including the little ones were taken care of without any hesitation. The food was out of this world, the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful.
The venue itself was breathtaking. Fields full of fall colours, sky that went on for miles and a very welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor ceremony space was absolutely beautiful and will forever be etched in our minds.
Herongate went over and above our expectations. This will be an event in time that will be remembered as the best.
If you are thinking about getting married or are looking for a place to host your next event, I would HIGHLY recommend Herongate Barn. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic dinner at Herongate last night to see The Odd Couple. All COVID-19 safety protocols were in place and we felt very safe. Dinner was delicious and the staff and actors were amazing! As usual the acting was top notch and hilarious! Welcome back to all the actors and staff we have missed you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I went here 3 times and we enjoyed it alot. The food was delicious and the shows are all great and humorous. Also can't forget the bunny that makes an appearance during intermission. Its worth going back again and I recommend this place to anyone.
