A	Arden Eskens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Stevenson has been a FABULOUS family doctor for years; however, the administration staff at the front desk are ALWAYS so incredibly rude. Reading other reviews I know that I am not the only person feeling this way. The front desk staff are sharp and short and seem to forget that they are in a front facing position and should try to give some customer service. The nurses are always kind and personable and so are the doctors. It’s just the medical office assistants who are consistently rude.

Maybe have some sympathy and treat your patients a little better and you will get some better reviews? I am very upset at how the receptionist treated me today when I called, no care to help me with my problem and sounded like a very miserable person, who hates her job. Please consider hiring some other people to run the front desk as this is the first point of interaction most people have. No issues with the Doctors yet, but avoid calling the grumpy ladies at the front if you can as they will ruin your day....

I'm still in shock by the way I was treated from the beginning. And to the nurse who suggested that I would end up in the ICU with a respirator down my throat (as she took my blood pressure), I hope you will show others the emotional intelligence and empathy that you denied me of today.
M	Marc Packard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with Dr. Poonja was great but the rest was terrible. Long wait at my appointment was there for hours to start. Once my orthotics came in they called me at 7:30am and woke me up as my alarm is for 8am. I was tired and not sure who or why they were calling me and they were very rude and insisted I come in that day or tomorrow for the orthotics and I live in Airdrie so that wasn't happening. I asked about shipping them and then they insisted that that was $50 and wanted me to dig out my credit card right there to pay while I was in bed in the dark. I asked them to call me back later they hung up on me and I have not been called back since about the call Wed morning and its Friday afternoon, so 2 days and counting?

I felt like I was in good hands. - I was in-and-out in what felt like no time at all (with consideration of current difficulties faced in the pandemic). - Free Wifi.

I have been dealing with a ton of anxiety over the last couple of years and she manages to make each visit so easy. She has / continues to deal with my health issues quickly and in a way that engages me completely. What a kind person who always has time to listen, she works too hard!! Thank You for the trust ? you have given me.

Personal medical decisions should not so blatantly be judged when some one comes in for an appointment. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.
