★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Dr Akinsipie as she is very awesome. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. However I agree with Ellerie Viel with the receptionist. You can hardly get a hold of them. The phone line always goes to the leave a message, They don't get back you. I am considering leaving Dr Akinsipie but I don;t want to do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to be a new patient here and went thru all the steps outlined on the website. I called multiple times different days and got no answer, no return calls. Someone finally did answer one day, said they would call me back and never did. The only response I got was an email 25 days after I submitted all the required info, and it was 1 sentence telling me to come in as a walk in. Wish I could review the doctors themselfs but the staff is so horrible I can't even do that.
There's obviously some type of issue at this place. Either the staff is entirely incompetent and should be replaced, or they are short staffed. Either way, this gives me zero confidence in this office and I'll be going elsewhere for a new doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My physician is Dr. S. Saeed and she is a wonderful, very personable doctor. She always allows me time to discuss my ailments/test results -without "rushing" me thru my appointments. I rarely have to "wait in the waiting room" for very long before my appointment - receptionists have always been very kind to me & others.
