Just went there for the first time. Talked to a guy named Patrick he was super helpful and well educated. I can not say enough about his customer service. He wasn’t pushy or bias just very well educated on product. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Well done man!

This place is amazing, I went in to check a while ago and dealt with Colin. He was smart, knowledgable about various products and had a ton of great suggestions. The experience as a customer was so good that I've been back and can't see myself shopping anywhere else in Calgary.

bad location. sells products over retail and even over the price listed on their own website! Just buy online, so much cheaper and you won't have to deal with the typical lazy staff who could care less if the stores sells product. They also won't match any other prices and take offense to it, lol. So sad I am sending my money to Ontario today :(

Recently went in to pick up some supplements and met one of your staff Michael.He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any question I had, and even gave me some great recommendations after telling him about my fitness regimen. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family.

Their covid precautions in my view are suitable for the size of their establishment. My sales rep Ajala was helpful from the second I walked in. Offered his advice after I explained what I was looking for. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, was more given his knowledge and use it as I saw fit. He also gave me roughly a handful of samples which is excellent! As well, one other thing I liked is the range of flavouring the products have. Not just chocolate, vanilla or strawberry only. The store is very well stocked, organized and has quite a range of products. I chose to go here for this reason. Mega-stores don't have this range of selection. The prices are a bit higher then walmart here per say, but as this was my first time in here and I needed something different/new. I will most likely be going back to this place or it's other network stores when my current products are used up.

Took some time to resolve an issue here - but nonetheless, it was finally dealt with by their regional manager - not sure if will return to this Richmond location as a result; however , the Sunridge location staff seem nice , so probably will go there in the future - just happy it’s over. Head office were very understanding .

Purely went here because with my gym membership there is a 15% discount on full priced items. Loaded up on supplies since with the 15% discount the prices would be better then anything I found online. At the till tell the cashier I'm a goodlife member and proceed to pay. As I'm walking out I think to myself the price seemed a little high with the discount so looked at my receipt and the discount was not applied. Go in only to be told first up that I never told her. Then it seemed to be one excuse after another. Told I received the 125$+ offer and got a shaker out of it which should be compensation, I don't care about the shaker, I'd rather have the spare money in my account. Then told she cannot issue a refund but can do a store credit. It's not my fault she didn't apply the discount, so why should I be out the money! Was told I'd have to come back a day the manager was in to have a actual refund as she did not have authorization to do so (at this point it seemed like a string of excuses and I was just over it) the other staff members justignored what was happening this entire time. I was nothing but calm throughout the whole situation, working a customer based job myself. Also goes to say this location the staff are not the most welcoming whenever you go in. Never acknowledge with a hi or hello. Take your business to another location. After months of trying to locate creatine a staff member at the beacon location told me a website not even affiliated with them I could purchase some from

My significant other and I have been using this Supplement King location for about 2 years now since moving into the area. Each time we are greeted and helped by the kind staff. But I wanted to express our gratitude with one of the staff members, Mo, who goes above and beyond to ensure that we are taken care of each time that we go in to purchase new supplements.
