★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to see dr.tim with my 3 year old. We got told she has a cavity and she needed to be put to sleep and she needed 2 crowns on her back teeth. I went for a 2nd opinion and the cavity was so small she only needed a small filling without any freezing and she did great. Can’t believe he wanted to put my child to sleep and give her 2 ugly metal crowns. Horrible that a professional would want that for a child without trying to do a regular filling first.
After speaking to a few parents this happened to them with him as well!! Go for a 2nd opinion!!! He’s a money grabber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love Dr Tim and his staff. My daughter has sensory issues, and wont let many health professionals touch her. She is comfortable with dr tim, because he is so kind and patient. His recommendations are evidence based, and he considers the child's special needs and future dental experiences. He explains his recommendations clearly and provides options, rationale, and potential outcomes. My kids love him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been seeing Dr. Tim for a very long time and I honestly dread the day that my boys are too old to be patients of his anymore. He is amazing!!! I have one son with ASD and he is so patient with him and is always sure to celebrate the little things with him. My 10 year old has severe anxiety and is so calm with Dr. Tim. We are approaching the time where my oldest will need braces and I cannot wait for my son to see Dr. Tim's wife Dr. Chow. We see her at the office all the time when we are there. She is so kind and patient with my boys. I usually bring my 3 boys by myself and she will always help by either playing with them or reading stories with them. This is such a great office with great staff. From the awesome ladies at the front to everyone in the back this office is well run and very welcoming. If you need a dentist or an orthodontist go here!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't have a dentist as of yet and have been looking for a dentist to help with a lip tie for my infant. I've emailed a few offices to see who can help. Another office suggested this one. However when I emailed they said they don't help with lip ties in children as young as my baby (Wich is fine, I know nothing about lip ties except it is causing my baby to have a very hard time eating and I trust the experts). However when I asked when they do help, well their response was a bit off putting, that they'd just push me away like this, entirely unhelpful, they said:
"We seldom treat unless the child is an active patient at our clinic.We do not accept referrals for this type of procedure."
So I definitely wasn't expecting that kind of response. Hopefully you're not trying to become a new patient here either.... Definitely not welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dentist is Very focused on money. I just wanted him to treat only one tooth for my Son but he gave me a big plan worth 2k. I told him I cannot afford the whole plan at that moment and also my Son’s dentist told me only one tooth is bothering him but he didn’t listen to me and did the procedure according to him. I was very disappointed and helpless. I told my dentist don’t refer this clinic to other parents.
