The front of desk staff have always been friendly and professional and even though me or my kids are sick when we visit, it’s always a nice visit. Haha

First off I had originally booked my appointment with Dr Hart only to find out when I showed up it was booked with someone else. I needed my IUD done so I agreed to see the other doctor. For almost 1 year I have been spotting daily. I came in for a 6 month follow up where they assured everything was fine. I called last night to book an emergency removal because I have was experiencing heavy bleeding. They turned me away because I was 7 minutes late. I was crying beause of the cramping and bleeding. I was genuinely concerned that something might be wrong considering the bleeding was getting heavier. I was turned away because I was 7 minutes late despite last two appointments I waited 15 minutes or more. I have never felt so upset and disregarded for my health. They put it the IUD in and did not care about any issues I was having with it later. I will never recomend anyone to come here. The comment from the receptionist wasI could go to the walk in down the road. The walk in clinic was quit surprised they wouldn't take it out considering it takes prox 5 minutes to do it. Very disappointed with my experience.

Over the phone, the receptionists are often rude and act like you are being an inconvenience for calling to book an appointment. This office would be a 5/5 if they could find people who are kind and competent to answer their phones.
R	Razan Sobh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today had a copper Monalisa IUD. She just looked at the box and started reading the manual.. as if the first time to see it. She actually said oh I only know how to put hormonal IUD. Obviously I should’ve been smart here and just leave . I stayed. Unfortunately after more than half an hour with my legs open and feeling an unimaginable pain I couldn’t t handle it anymore will all the things inside me and she trying so hard to put it. At this point I started shaking from pain and felt I was going to faint. So we stopped the insertion procedure.. the iud is gone to the garbage , I vomited from pain and I never had an IUD inserted. I came home and cried ..

The clinic was available for scheduling and professional. I had a very smooth, professional and gentle experience with Dr Kirkpatrick, which is really saying something because the process is not exactly comfortable, but she put me at ease and the professionalism of the clinic ensured a really smooth process. I am grateful to know about Hart and will recommend that my friends come here too.
