He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but he didn't and now he has new customers for life! Extremely honest and professional.

When you book, he'll provide a 2-hour slot the day of visit given the set of customers he need to go to for the day. As such, provide a little flexibility and accommodation on the time. We've done a few DIY repair attempts (from YouTube) to no avail and this was our last resort. It was a simple fix that only one that is skilled at his trade can easily diagnose. He provided guidance on preventative maintenance and what to do in case it happens again. I am glad we did not have to buy any replacement parts that cost as much as a new dishwasher! Good value for this repair and 1 dishwasher saved from the landfill. Thank you.

My family and I wouldn’t be able to wait that long, so we went to Jun for a second opinion. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the dryer on the spot with the tools he had on hand! The whole appointment took us less than an hour and saved us from waiting half a year to use our dryer. Jun is the best!
