UPDATE
Funny how this outfit responded to my poor review here on Rate and review but they've had my phone number (I was in the store twice, where they have put me off, "for a call back") for 2 weeks and haven't called me once. The pat response to my post is good for public image sake but it doesn't translate into getting any better service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for professional chefs or home chefs. Everything you need for your kitchen at reasonable prices. From spoons to commercial equipment, this is definitely a one stop. No infomercial or celebrity lines here, just proper chef gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to purchase some drinking glasses. I told the sales person that it was for personal use. The boxes of the specific glasses that I wanted, he told me they’re $35 per dozen. Great! He brings out a box of 48. I told him that’s too many (I had previously mentioned that they’re for personal use.) He condescendingly makes a sound of disgust and says, “Merry Christmas.” I don’t know about the other employees of this business, but that that particular man is terrible. I hope Santa brings him coal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a commercial convection oven from them and the sales person was very helpful but as soon as I paid for my order customer service/support was quite poor and severely lacking. Any company that I will support/recommend by word of mouth needs to support the customer even after the sale has concluded.
But that's just my opinion ?.
