Reliable Parts was established in 1933 and has evolved into one of the largest and most respected appliance parts and consumer electronics parts distributors in North America. Although a mature company in experience, our outlook is young as we face the challenges of the future with excitement.
The Canadian market is served by four Distribution Centers in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver and Head Office in Coquitlam, British Columbia, We have 30 ReliableParts branches located in major cities across Canada to assist in prompt delivery of orders.
The United States market is served by Distribution Centers in Seattle, Sacramento, Dallas, and Indianapolis and Head Office in Dallas, Texas. We have 34 branch locations in major cities across America. All our branches are located for convenience and contain showrooms effectively displaying our most popular appliance parts, bbq parts and accessory items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location to buy an air filter for our refrigerator a few days ago. Both guys at the front (one with glasses specifically) was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Clearly they don’t like working there. They got us the wrong filter and wouldnt let us return it. The guy was so rude on the phone too. The parts are way over priced.
Seriously, how hard is it to replace the wrong filter YOU guys gave us? I suggest if you want your place to sell, maybe get new staff and lower your prices. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Horrible service and rude employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to reach you guys. The order I placed online that was for some reason cancelled required me to call your 800 number where I got a kid that had no idea how to follow instructions. I figured we would not receive our parts since this kid couldn't seem to focus on anything. Now we have a charge on our Visa and the parts that we need are delivered somewhere in Winnipeg. I'll just come down in person I on Monday to have that charge removed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of ordering online and also picking up in store. These guys clearly don’t know what they’re doing and everyone is not on the same page.
First off the Winnipeg location had both racist/rude and terrible customer service. These guys have to get their act together.
Secondly ordering online was just awful. It took 3 weeks for a part which was promised within a week. I even paid an extra shipping fee just so I can have the part sent over asap. Obviously didn’t happen. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional, unwelcoming and unreliable company.
