With our retail store front opening in November of 2008 after 10 years of serving the industry, Urban Tactical has grown to become the number one tactical supplier in the heart of Canada.
What was once only uniforms has grown to encompass everything from boots to body armour, knives to holsters and apparel to backpacks. We offer a selection of products based on customer needs and ever-changing industry specifications.
Our operations have expanded to provide our customers with an efficient one-stop supply solution. With in-house custom work from heat-pressing to striping and hemming, we are ready to exceed all of your uniform and custom apparel needs.

Waited by myself in line to pay for over ten minutes, though a few staff members looked over, no one seemed to really care. Was a very odd experience, I had high expectations going in, but sadly I'll just order on line from now on.

Liked all the stuff they have, nowhere else in the city has this type of selection, your one stop shop for tactical gear. Gloves, pouches holsters , range bags, tac pants, boots flashlights, tact vests, You name it.
Love the original s.w.a.t boots and 5.11 tact pants I got there.
All the 5.11 series of stuff is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. When I entered the store, there was no one but me and six salespeople. But no one paid attention to me, did not even say hello. The store has a good selection of tactical pants, jackets, pouches. Very limited selection of tactical shoes. If you come for a specific thing and you still care about the level of service, then you are here. If you go to the store out of curiosity and maybe want to buy something, then most likely you will be disappointed. And yes! They don't have discounts!
