O	Olan Lao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to have your birthday party. Our schedule was 2pm, we were there at exact 2pm, visitors started to come but the food was not served. Food was served at 2:40pm then they advised we only have 10minutes and we have to vacated the room. Reason??? They said they were very busy and have backed up all orders. New scheduled party is already scheduled in the same room. Worst customer service.. if you want your kid to enjoy a party and have a memorable experience, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IT HERE. Its the worst mistake you will ever have.
R	Rex Abarintos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A staff named Brianna was really nice and supportive to our needs. She was smiling and respectful to the hosts and the guests. We booked the whole place for my son's 2nd bday party and we were so happy to be there. The kids didn't want to leave all while crying and finding ways to stay. One parent had to drag his son out. I definitely recommend this place if you need a place for you child's special day. My son had a blast. He was running all over the place like a maniac to the point that he forgot his own family existed. Loved this place and the staff were awesome!

There weren't alot of people there, so the kids were able to access different areas without crowding. The play areas were clean and there were enough play options to keep the kids interested. Would definitely visit here again!

One of the supervisors Brianna, was the one who took care of us and was so patient and helpful all throughout the duration of our booking! She was extremely pleasant to deal with that even our guests noticed her enthusiasm and passion about the work she does! She manned the party for 3 hours and kept everything organized and ready to go for us. I highly recommend Kid City to anyone looking to rent out a fun place to celebrate any occasions! Thank you once again Brianna for doing an awesome job!
E	Elham Pourtaherian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a clean place with a big structure for kids to climb up. We love the slides too. There’s a room with a projector game that my child loves to play in. Pizza and snacks or fine and staff are kind and nice.

They have a small cafe and you can get pizza, drinks etc from there, has a few slides, jumping castle is good. Has few free games. Good sitting area in and around the centre. Nice basketball area. All in all is a decent place. Ooh and thr staff are nice. The entrance has a nice area to place shoes and hang jackets.
R	Relax with Aay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the good location in city. Located on one way street so access from south and exit to north on century street. Lots of parking option available in front of the business and in the mall. I went with kids few times. I personally price to be decent. I like the customer service too. In house eatery available. Most of the play structure games are covered in the price but have to pay extra for other rides or games. Overall good.
