★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consider the following: 55million spent, the field is not regulation size, the underground parking isn't owned by then University and costs an arm and a leg to park monthly or daily. They have removed a lot of seating for people to study. It is crowded with highschool students who make as much noise as possible which makes it hard to study, and the wifi connection is at it's worst point in this building. The gym on the second floor is tiny, mostly used for exams. The most functional part of this facility is the washrooms and the yoga room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is very clean and well kept. There are secure team lockers, and security. Underground parking costs $5.00 (as of March 2019), but it's well worth it, I've had my window smashed parking on the street here. The turf is in great condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great indoor soccer facility (or ultimate). The change rooms here are pretty nice, although they can be a bit small. The seating areas looking down on the fields are decent (although the middle field can only be viewed from one end of the field). The railing/barrier is made of plexiglass, which is a great feature and allows kids or people seated on lower benches to see all the action. The first field has a couple of small holes that could use some filling, there's not a ton of room for taking corner kicks, and there's only a small amount of space in front of the benches. The staff is helpful and friendly. It's great to have an indoor soccer facility downtown.
