About St James Assiniboia 55+ Centre
By the fall of 1991, a Board of Directors had been established and a founding meeting had taken place. The next task was to find a space for the centre to be housed and by the following summer, a temporary space and mailing address was attained at the St. James Civic Centre. At this time our purpose and goals were confirmed and approval of first Constitution was attained.
