Never buy a thing from this place.I paid 6,600.00 for a retro Elmira fridge in white.Door had a gouge in it.It took them 3 months to fix. doors.The second was worse than the first.It still looks off when closed.They no longer have in house repair.It's a year and 4 months.Now ice forms in bottom of freezer.The run around and who was at fault was a joke.I was to buy the retro stove next.Would never give them any more of my business.

I will never buy another appliance from Stalwart. After waiting a month for our $4000 Electrolux 30" Induction Range to come in, it arrived damaged. We immediately contacted Stalwart about the condition of the range but all customer service ends once you have made your purchase! They have not given us any support to rectify the situation. We have spent hours over the last week and a half making phone calls, sending pictures trying to find out who and when our brand new range will be fixed or replaced. You would think that since Stalwart is the dealer that sold the damaged goods they would assist you in the process of correcting this. Not so, instead I sit with a brand new damaged range in my entrance and continue to feed my family from a hot plate! Never again will I make a purchase from Stawart. And over the last 8 years I have made many, this is our 2nd range, a Meile dishwasher, 2 sets of washers & driers, upright fridge & freezer...... Thank goodness we never needed their support before!

I have never had such bad customer service regarding a high ticket item as My stove. The service manager seems as though I was a bother and the problem with my unit should have been taken care of before I purchased the range. I now have to pay for someone to drive out and fix it as it is unusable now only after only one year of using it. Plus they are charging me mileage as I live a few Klms out of the city which would be no difference than driving to Transcona! I had purchased the stove and did not install it until the kitchen renos were done. How was I to know that they did not assemble the stove properly. Beware before you buy!

Stalwart Appliances has always given us great advice and service. Although our purchases may not have been as significant as others have made , we never felt any less important. Purchased all of our appliances when we did a big reno just under 5 years ago. Just had problems with our fridge and although Stalwart no longer has a service department, they recommended a reputable authorized repair technician who assessed the problem and recommended I go through the manufacturer as it was a major repair (part of the sealed unit) and the parts should be covered under warranty. Was having difficulty with dealing with the manufacturer of the fridge (Electrolux). Zenon at Stalwart worked with the manufacturer's sales rep. in the city to get my part for my fridge here quickly during COVID-19 and along with their recommended technician fixed my fridge in a timely manner. I would still have no working fridge if Zenon didn't help me deal with the manufacturer. I highly recommend Stalwart Appliances. Thank you again Zenon!

Mixed experience over the years. We are currently dealing with a 4 year-old JennAir range that has not worked properly for months; the control panel has gone for the third time now, and we have not had a bottom burner in the oven for 3 months (due to supply issues with the pandemic). This is arguably not Stalwart's fault since they do not provide repair services anymore, but I would still expect a bit more from a high-end appliance store, so buyer beware.

My husband and I purchased a WONDERFUL mattress recently, from this fine company. The salesman, Eric - was very personable & gracious, as it took us a bit of time to choose. We got a lovely mattress at a great price, & for a very reasonable fee, they can even deliver the mattress to your home, & take your old mattress away. We LOVE our new mattress, & in all honesty it’s hard to get up in the morning! SO comfy, my teenage son is jealous! Thanks Mattress World! Check them out today!
