β β β β β Highly recommended business. We just bought a washer and dryer that was in exactly our price range and the appliances were in immaculate condition. After visiting several other shops, they had what we wanted for a better price and condition. The owner was very pleasant. Very speedy and efficient service. I was directed to the perfect set in the shop and was accepting the delivery back to our place within 1hr! Highly recommend and will return for other items. Thank you.

β β β β β Needed a new stove, so I called Provencher Appliance and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and we chatted a bit about my new stove needs. She was very knowledgeable. For a really great price, I walked out pleased and can't wait for delivery. Delivery will be today or tomorrow, so very fast service. Lots of little awesome nooks with antiques, puzzles, movies, dolls etc. I have gone by this place many times and I am glad I stopped in today. Make sure you pet the orange cat, he's super friendly!
EDITED TO ADD:
Installation was amazing! They took my old stove free of charge, but not before doing a thorough job of installing the new one. Really nice guys with great attitudes! Thanks again :)

Nicole found a much bigger and better one for me at a very good price.
She explained in detail why I should choose it...She really knew what she was talking about
She made the arrangements , had it delivered and my old one picked up with in 2 hours!
The washer is like new and works perfectly.ο»Ώ

β β β β β Just had a fridge that broke down. Called a few places but no one could do the work. Got great advice from Provencher Appliance and decided to purchase a refurbished fridge from them. Was installed the same morning and is working great! Team was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

β β β β β I don't recommend this place for any appliances. Bought a fridge from them the first one didn't even work so they came the next day to replace it and this one only lasted 5 months.. now I know why they only provide 90 days warranty. They don't even have a tech to come out and do any repairs and they expect you to bring the appliance back to their shop for repairs. Save your money and spend the extra and buy new from a reputable company. Gonna reply with this edit.. no they didnt try to accommodate me and try and work with me. They wanted me to go with out a fridge for a week because they couldnt send a tech out to fix it. When they clearly told me if I had any issues they would send someone out to fix it.
