The reason for the shut down was quickly identified and satisfactory dealt with.

Nice email reminder from the company the day before as well as text notification when the tech was on the way. I will be booking my AC check in the spring with them for sure!

He saved us some money, gave us some immediate and future options. He also thoroughly explained why my furnace was stopping, what to look and listen for and how to properly care for it to try and get a couple more years out of it. When questioned regarding the price of a new unit, he was honest and affordable.
HIGHLY recommend North 49. Great people answering the phones who asked questions and sounded genuinely concerned for us.
