Foremost I am giving this business 5 stars for the impeccable service we had with the installation of the new AC. (Not charged the dispatch charge for this job) A few months later booked Lynn's to do a main sewer clean. Again that went well except for the extra $109.00 dispatch charge? When we questioned Dallas he said it was to cover insurance for the employee and vehicle as well as at times a job is booked and when they get there the customer has changed their mind. We have questioned several other companies about this and they have told us "That is a Rip Off"! Dallas did offer us a $50.00 credit next time we use their service. Really?? Would we use this company again - No.

I called Lynn's HVAC this morning and within 5 minutes, Dallas called me back. He sent me a few tips via text message and his tips worked! Every other company I called simply told me they were booked and offered no suggestions. Dallas on the other end actually helped me AND saved me money. This says a lot about the integrity of the company and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Would recommend over all the other HVAC companies! Thank you

tldr version: Lynn's got my furnace working within 1 hour of my calling their office, and they didn't even charge me anything. Other companies wouldn't even give me an estimate without first levying a $140 "diagnosis fee". Full version: Furnace stopped working, tried to diagnose and resolve the problem myself (read the error codes, cleaned the flame sensor and changed the filter, etc) but didn't succeed in fixing it. Started calling around for an estimate, other HVAC businesses I called wouldn't even give an estimate without first charging ~$140 for a diagnosis. I called Lynn's, and a gentleman by the name of Dallas got back to me very promptly. Rather than just provide an estimate, he carefully listened to my description of the problem and the troubleshooting steps I had taken, and sent me a list of things to try. Thanks to his help I was able to get my furnace running (it was recent snowfall obstructing exterior ducting). Not only did Dallas/Lynn's help me get my furnace fixed within an hour of my first calling, but they didn't even charge me for it. They could have easily sent someone to my house and billed me hundreds of dollars for unnecessary parts and services, and still have come off as better than the competition by not charging a exorbitant diagnostic fee. They chose to help me fix my furnace over the phone. For free. Honesty and quality service like this is a rare thing these days, and this experience really stands out. I'm extremely appreciative of Dallas' assistance, and seeing as he didn't even send me a bill, all I can offer in compensation is my future business, my sincere gratitude, and a few paragraphs of kind words. Thank you Dallas!

I called Lynn's for a main sewer that had been plugged. I had a wonderful plumber named Choa come out. he checked my main sewer and had the drain working in an hour. He also humored. me when asking if he could look at some other drains that were draining slow. I asked if he knew any companies' that did heating because my furnace has not worked in over a week. He said well Lynn's also does heating heating repairs I call and they sent Travis the heating servicemen who walk through the cost of parts. I asked what the cost would be if I decided to replace my furnace and my hot water tank would be in the future. Travis said that he would contact the home comfort advise . He fixed my furnace and my heat has been working ever since. What I love about Lynn's is that Travis never tried to sell me a new furnace when the one I had could be fixed. From the pleasant office staff to the technicians I will tell my friends and family that Lynn's is the company for me and them. WELL DONE LYNN'S YOUR TEAM IS GREATLY APPRECIATED THANK YOU!

From the moment the technician from Lynn's pulled up in their big pink van, I knew that I was going to like these guys. Had some issues with heating my basement in my Charleswood home this winter, so I asked a friend who they recommended for heating contractors. The furnace I have is pretty used, so I needed a new one. They had some good deals at the time, so I replaced the furnace and the hot water tank. They did a great job. They were professional, clean and courteous. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Lynn’s was extremely helpful Sunday morning. My heat was not working but I thought it was because the outdoor exhaust was totally covered in snow. My brother came and shoveled it out and after talking to Dallas (Lynn’s) he sent me some easy instructions to get my furnace running again and he would call me back. I was able to do this and was able to tell him it worked! Two other major companies were only interested in coming out a couple of days later. They were not willing to give me advice! For this reason next time I have any issues Lynn’s will be my first call. At this point would highly recommend! Thank you Dallas!

I had an old furnace that needed replacement and decided to go out to market to see what my options were. I decided to give Lynn’s a call and Josh came by the same day, providing a written quote on the spot. He was extremely personable, easy to chat with, and I didn’t feel any pressure to make a certain decision. From there Josh made himself available anytime/day for any questions I had, responding promptly. He did everything he possibly could to accommodate me. Given Lynn’s reputation, reviews, and customer service, I was confident in selecting Lynn’s to replace my furnace. Upon selecting Lynn’s, Josh scheduled my furnace replacement immediately where I met Steve and the rest of the installation team who were all friendly and knowledgeable. They respected my home by carefully removing the old equipment and hauling in the new equipment, making sure runners were laid on the floors for protection. Upon completion, Steve then took the time to walk me through the work that was completed and answered any questions I had. Him and his team were in and out in less than a day. The installation was exceptional and I’m extremely happy with my new furnace. I’m glad I selected Lynn’s and highly recommend contacting Lynn’s for your servicing needs.

had AC installed summer 2021, that went well, despite a lack of invoicing or formal quote (by text? I guess I'm old-school). Recently called for a plugged sink- tech came and tinkered around, while ruling out getting on the roof to check the stack. Fine. However, tech LEFT without fixing anything, without advising any course of repair, and left us with a sink that previously only drained slowly, but now does not drain at all, complete with a black mess of gunk to enjoy (see pic). The kicker: we were charged for a service call... without an invoice. Called to complain, was responded to quickly by owner, but they refused to refund the service call. It would have been the right thing to do, we are not obligated to pay for more service after such an unprofessional performance. Simply refund the money you took for doing LESS THAN NOTHING. How are working families supposed to survive if businesses operate without scruples? Why would we trust you after such a cash grab? Very disappointed. We got got Pleasant Plumber to fix it in a day. Sink works perfectly now. Oh: and they called today to see if we want a AC 'check up"! Astounding.
