★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an absolute nightmare renting from this location! I phoned 3 1/2 weeks before we were moving a three-bedroom home to book a 26 foot truck. Phoned to this location and made an arrangement to pick it up on a Saturday at noon drop it off on a Monday late afternoon. Then come moving day I get a call 1 hour before we were picking up the truck to say that they don't have the truck it's not coming back until the next day. He said come and get it the next day. You know when you're moving you have to be out at a certain time, made arrangements for people to help move, also cleaners to clean the place up, and new people are moving into the home. He blames his head office at U-Haul for some reason I don't know why. Then he says here's the number the phone and they will get me a new truck but not today. Really? You screwed up and now you want me to fix up your screw up. I told him he needs to fix it. He calls me back and says he can give me a 20-foot truck. A 20-foot truck is not going to fit a 3 bedroom, so he says I can get another truck but I have to pick it up at another location but not until 6 hours later. Fine, only to find out when we arrive that this location does not allow a 26 foot truck for more than a day. Long story short, it only got worse after this, we had to take 2 smaller trucks, meaning more gas,... it was an absolute disaster and this Esso U-Haul location was one of my worst experiances ever.

Pressure is good.
Only reason for 4 stars, is that on occasion they can be a bit shy on the soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a price inquiry, rudely told to look it up online. The whole reason I called was because my wifi wasn’t set up yet and I needed prices. But I won’t be dealing with this branch if telling prices to customers is such an inconvenience.
