However, they work as sub-contractors and the Midland Commercial staff booking the appointments are very poor. Basic communication issues make a simply repair extremely frustrating. Phone on 4 separate days multiple times, and never had anyone pick up the phone. Always forced to leave a message and you'll maybe get a call back. It's really too bad such great technicians have such terrible office staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a great story to tell you about Midland Commercial Sales. I was considering buying a Maytag commercial washer/dryer set here in Massachusetts, US, however I had questions about their capabilities and programing options. Maytag was absolutely no help and the manuals were even worse.
I began searching the one source of all information - YouTube. I came across Midland's video about programing the Maytag videos. Clearly the video host was very knowledgeable and experienced in his products, however the video did not answer my specific question.
On a whim, I emailed them and asked my question.
Don, the Sales Manager, emailed back a detailed explanation of the product's abilities and step-by-step instructions on how to achieve what I would want to with the product.
What made this so amazing is that I am located 1,800 miles away in another country. Midland knew this and knew I wouldn't be making a purchase from them, however they took the time to help me out.
You can't get that sort of service in many places nowadays. This is what an independent store gives you over big box stores. If they'll go this far for someone who will never be a customer, rest assured that their customers will be treated even better.
