Working with this company has been a nightmare. 2 years to get new cables, and still, they don't even have the decency to return my phone calls

Working with this company has not been pleasant at all. We seem to be always replacing the motor on the elevator and we have been waiting for the elevator permit renewal for months, every time we talk to them they seem to have another person to talk to and another person to blame.

Every encounter with these guys is getting worse and worse. Much worse since they took over Winnipeg Elevator. I predict they are going to lose lots of business. I believe they have the contract for 7 elevators with us. The first bad experience I had was in the spring. We had an elevator down. A board was fried. They blamed lack of cooling in the elevator room. It was 29C but I've been in much warmer elevator rooms and those lifts had no problems. The enclosure their boards were in were metal with vents that had knock outs for cooling fans but none were installed. It took a week to get fixed. The board was installed, elevator was tested. the elevator couldn't be called afterward. Took 3 weeks to get that straightened out. Now I'm in a different building. The elevator was out when we moved in. This was a Winnipeg elevator contract which they took over. They came in, replaced some wiring and said the battery pack needed replacement. I found this strange as Winnipeg Elevator replaced that pack on their last inspection just before the pandemic hit. Took them 2 days to come back and instal new ones. Then, surprise surprise they found the rectifier on the charging board was fried. So they probably changed a perfectly good battery pack. Today marks three weeks since I heard from them. I have called about the part. no response. They have till Friday to fix this or I'm going to start pushing for all our service contracts to go to tender. I looked after buildings for years. I've never seen this kind of delay unless a lift motor fries.
