★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our laptop there back in November and have not been able to reach “dr Dan” to get any information on how to get our property back.
We’ve called numerous times but his mailbox is full from everyone else also trying to get ahold of him.
We’ve gone to his store and it’s empty except for a few things on the counter.
We’ve even talked to the police but they can’t do anything.

My macbook still regularly suddenly shuts off during use. You repaired it in September I believe, but it's been doing this ever since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: the owner finally contacted me and has made things right. I am pleased with the service so I am changing my review to 5. It is difficult to find someone that can repair an Apple product (let alone screen) and he did a great job. I think the below incident is unusual for him and due to unforeseen circumstances so I would still recommend this business and he has been around for a long time with good reviews.
I have a similar experience as another reviewer below. I left a Sony Vaio and an IPad with Dan back in the Fall of 2021 hoping to have at least the iPad screen replaced in time for Christmas for my son. The Sony vaio is not worth anything but I was told he is waiting for parts to replace the iPad screen back in December. Since then, I have not been able to get through by phone. I have dropped by the store a few times. I have submitted a form on his website as a means to contact him. I was hoping it’s not some personal crisis either. He seemed nice on the phone and I was delaying to write a review but this has been frustrating and also feels unsafe as there is personal information on both devices. Can I please just have my Sony vaio and ipad back? That’s all I want. Please contact me asap. Thank you

Not only was he extremely friendly, he helped me save $1200 by recommending a service program Apple has. Hard to find people who are trying to help you and don’t want anything in return or aren’t trying to make a quick buck.
If you ever need anything computer related, Anis is your guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have two laptops and a USB memory stick in Dan's possession for about six months now. For the last two month we have been trying to get hold of Dan by calling his number and dropping by his shop to simply pick up our equipment to no avail. His phone keeps ringing off the hook. All we want is pick up our equipment. Dan comes across as a likable individual. I hope he is not in some sort of a bind or having some health issue preventing him from responding to our repeated calls and voice messages. Call us immediately Dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best computer shop in Hamilton. My Macbook bro was outdated which caused some issues to open most of the websites. I called many computer shops and they recommended to buy a new one because they thought that Apple company banned any update to old Macbooks version ( mine was since 2015). I called Revive and the guy over there told me that an easy fix and he would able to update the software. To be honest initially I didn’t believe him. BUT IT WORKS. He did it and called me in an hour to take my laptop back. I really appreciate this quick service and I highly recommend this computer shop. Thank you Revive Computers, you made my day ?
