Finally, a server came to attend to the table infront of me (they had already eaten.)She looked at me, then turned around and starting clearing dirty tables. I was so shocked i just got up and left. Gave my $$$ to a nice attentive family restaurant at ottawa and fennel

โ โ โ โ โ Food was disgusting, we ordered take out and the presentation was just how it tasted. We ordered a steak and eggs and a vegetable omelette, the veggie omelette tasted as if it was cooked in meat juice, or old oil, the cheddar cheese was chunked on the top and I could literally peel it off the top as well as the inside. The peppers were chunks (not diced or as some restaurants do them in strips- literally massive chunks) the spinach had some old pieces off the sides and the egg in the middle looked like it was deep fried in some dark old oil. The steak was also tasteless (meat taste) and also tasted as if it was fried in old oil. Just over all disgusting, our food ended up in the trash. We understand times are tough but you cannot use old oil or the same pan or however it is cooked for two separate dishes.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice breakfast spot. Looks like the inside has been recently renovated/updated except for bathrooms which were very, very old. Food came out quickly and was pretty good. Grilled potatoes were a little soft and could use some salt and pepper.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely wonderful, The home fries are unreal, the eggs are actually so delicious. Thank you for the delicious breakfast.

โ โ โ โ โ I believe in supporting local. Breakfast was ok. The pancakes were too thick making them too gooey on the inside. The portions are smaller than average but still tasted good. We went on a quieter day and was surprised that the wait staff forgot some of our order ie) coffee, cream, milk) but everyone is entitled to an off day.
If you go before 10am they do have a breakfast special for $6.99. It includes 2 eggs, a choice of bacon, sausage or ham and toast

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing experience!! From the time we stepped foot in the restaurant, to the moment we paid our bill, Barb and the staff were exceptional! Every person greeted us, never let my coffee be less than half full and the food was delicious! I will definitely be returning!!
