RHS is an excellent provider of home care solutions. Courteous staff, excellent products, customer centric attention. I was genuinely impressed with Janny Ku’s demeanour and attention. She resolved matters that I brought up to her and takes the time to reply. I recommend hem highly!

I have heard lots of talk about sleep apnea and had googled somewhat, hoping to find assistance for my partner''s sleeping dis-order. I called inquiring about how to get a sleep test and Nadine helped me out, and was quite patient with me while I asked her a zillion questions. She was of great help and quite informative and friendly. Thank you Nadine!!!! Now to convince my partner to take the next step!!! Hope to meet you soon.

I ordered my supplies over the phone yesterday. RHS Kingsway was the only location hand them on hand. So I went today to go pick up my new mask and 4 pack of filters from this location. At first the reception was pleasant. After I signed the the delivery slip, I was looking at my package and right before I was about to walk out the door I noticed that there was only 2 filters. Then I went back and asked her if this was a 2 pack or 4 pack of filter. She said it was a 2 pack. Then I questioned her saying that I thought I ordered a 4 pack. She looked at the delivery slip and said you got the 2 pack and charged. So I left and went back into my car. When I got back into my car, I honestly felt like I did ordered the 4 pack of filters and charged for it. So I called the RHS call centre to double check what I actually ordered. Turns out I did order the 4 pack of filters! So I told them what happened and they call that RHS clinic to inform them that they had made a mistake. What really frustrated me is that the receptionist looked at the delivery slip a second time and still made the mistake. Makes me wonder did she actually read it or just glanced at it to get rid of me. Thank god I didn’t leave the parking lot and called right away cause i would of been making another hour drive (30 mins one way) So my advice for people, always make sure you get what you receive is what you actually paid for.

Each time that I have visited this clinic I have had a positive experience. The staff are attentive and friendly. They communicate well, and their facility is clean and well kept. Janny is my sleep specialist and she has been a pleasure to work with. She has been flexible and understanding with regards to financing, mailing me equipment, working with my schedule, providing suggestions to my enquires, emails, and with playing phone tag. Since I've been using sleep therapy I've noticed that I've been having a more restful sleep. Even if I only use the machine for 4 hours at night I notice the difference when I don't use it at all by the next morning. I've been having an easier time with mood and focusing as a result of the sleep therapy. If you're thinking of trying sleep therapy for yourself I recommend doing so. Their specialists will work with you and are not judgmental. My Husband and I both use their machines.

I am frustrated with their website and their voicemail system. I am frustrated over reaching out for their business to help me so I can get a new CPAP machine and it getting batted away because of technology. I asked for a quote Dec 18/2021 to the email I was provided, sent in my prescription and have not received anything yet. That is a long time imo.

I worked with Janny. She has the spark of life in her, knowledgeable, efficient, knows her product and insurance - as well as helpful tips. I would recommend her as she was so pleasant to work with through the process

My husband is a client and has problems with his cpap machine. After canceling and rescheduling, he finally took his machine in to be told that he would have to leave it for 3 days due to covid and if they couldn't find anything wrong, it would be sent away, costing $100 and could be monthsThey could have told him this on the phone. In the 8 yrs he's had it, there has been no follow up at all. My cpap came from Aria Sleep Clinic, they call once a year and willingly clean my machine when I go in. Go to Aria. Much better service.

Jenny was very helpful and supportive. She coached me in becoming comfortable with wearing the breathing apparatus and was very thoughtful and respectful. Jenny was a big part of my successful transition to using the mask.
