Every company i reached out to where rude and made me feel as if i was wasting their time. I received the same response from every business which was to mail it in.I even contemplated driving to Calgary for the repairs. It was a coincidence that i ran across Darryl,I was actually at an establishment next store and noticed the sign. I walked in fully expecting to get turned away. The exact opposite occurred .Darryl was professional and very easy to deal with.After a brief conversation i ran home,grabbed the drone and dropped it off.Comunication was great and my Drone was repaired in a timely manor.I would recomend this company with out hesitation.Keep up the great service.

B	Brad Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is what a GOOF Darryl Larson is! I specifically sought out a "local" drone repair and dealer for my Mavic Pro. Quoted around $500 for repairs later to be told that the parts are not in and my Mavic is scheduled to be repaired after a few others are done and new parts ordered. After deciding my drone repair would not be needed as my employer will purchase a new one for our needs I requested my drone be ready for pick up and I find out he sent it to the exact place I was not planning to send it to in Lethbridge! and I have to wait for another 1.5 weeks for it's return. The hours say appointment only on Saturday so I request for an appointment for Saturday and no response. After checking out the reviews and the negative responses I was seeing I knew what to expect with him and his level of service. When questioned why the drone was sent away he responded with a negative attitude and, "I don't have to explain my business to you" and ushered me to leave immediately. Had I known he was going to send it anyway I would have sent it myself to said Western repair shop without his markup or delay in response. I'm sure once the drone would be repaired It would have his "middle man" markup for sending it like the other commenter posted. Needless to say we will not be supporting this "local" business and I suggest you stay away from this guy's business and do your own research on purchasing, repairs or service. Being relatively new to drones I naturally had and still have a lot of questions from licensing, insurance, flight training, post data processing, etc.... All that being said I wanted to find a local vendor with the knowledge and experience to back their products. I spent some time phoning different vendors to gage their knowledge base and what level of support they may be able to offer. I narrowed my search to Terra Excel Drones. Darryl has been effective at providing me with clear consice information to all my questions. Also through his network he has put me in contact with training providers, insurance companies, and options for available post data processing software. To sum it up, I would highly recommend Terra Excel Drones to anyone looking to purchase a new drone or expand their existing fleet. I look forward to continued business in the future!
K	Kent Fleming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daryl was super friendly and accommodating. I had to drive 3 hours to get to their shop, so I wasn't sure if I wanted to drive back down to pick up my drone. He shipped it out to me at no charge. Even though they were a little lax in communicating what the drone would cost to fix before doing the repair (i think it had to do with staff being kept at home due to family members isolating) it came in at a fair price and he was super friendly the whole time. Thanks guys.

As a beginner, after a minor crash, I called Terra Excel and was offered clear thoughtful answers to my questions even though I was not a previous customer. This owner's knowledge and willingness to assist a stranger is commendable and I am very appreciative. I recommend buying from locally OWNED, knowledgeable businesses willing to assist with avoiding beginner mistakes and manage after sales challenges!
