Domino's Pizza - Edmonton

Hello! .. I like to comment on a highlight I found on the order page. First I want to say that every time I place an order, the same for delivery or pick up, the service and the food is good. But I don't understand why this note is necessary "PRE-PAYMENT AND PRE-TIPPING ARE RECOMMENDED FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE" the question is, "If we don't pay online and don't tip, the experience is not the same? .. Me and other people, like friends and family, believe that this note is disrespectful and offensive. Ps: this remark is not especially for this store, as you can see I gave it 5 stars, it is especially for the DOMINO'S website. Thank you for your understanding!

Pizza was mangled & cut so badly. Had to return it. Also, I ordered BBQ chicken feast pizza, and it had four tiny pieces of chicken on the entire 16 inch. Won't be back.

Waited an hour and 25 mins for my pizza. When we called the store for an update, the male employee was extremely rude and dismissive and lied about our pizza being on the way when it wasn’t. I got a cheese pizza and it was absolutely disgusting. I ate one piece and couldn’t finish. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the pizza. Such a waste of money. Will never eat here again.

Pizza arrived looking as it does in the attached photo. Called location and got MAJOR attitude/sighing from whoever answered the phone. Provided a 10$ credit if I order from the same location again but he couldn’t have sounded more displeased in doing so. The sloppy pizza is fine, the attitude I got when relaying the issue is another story. Oh but I was assured that “the pizza was fine when it left”…. Of course it was… Wouldn’t order from here again.

This particular store is starting to give dominos a bad name. Try ordering dominos from let’s say capilano store and compare the taste with this store, then you’d know what I’m talking about. I’ve been ordering mostly from this store for months, because it’s the closest to me. Even though the pizza wasn’t all that good, it’s never forced me to write a review. But what made me write a review today was the last two previous pizza’s I received from this store, I usually finish a box with my friend when we order, but these last two were so terrible we couldn’t get through half the box. The first picture we ordered 3days was so salty it left a bitter aftertaste, we had to just close the box. The second picture we ordered today was just too spongy, felt like it wasn’t ready to be brought out the oven even though the sides were burnt.

Ordered 2 medium 2 toppings pizza and lava cake. The crust is good, sauce just right and plenty of meat! Lava cake taste good. Order through online app is fast and easy and delivery time pretty fast. Pizza delivery guy is friendly and professional.

Everything was horrible about this Dominos. FIRST, when the delivery guy got here and we’re paying, the debit machine wouldn’t accept our cards- all three of them. So he took our food and went back to their store. I was 100% sure it’s the machine’s problem because I literally just bought food from McDonald’s using the same card. So I reordered my food from the app. A staff member then called me and rudely stated that they’ve been using that machine since the morning. He then proceeded to say that they’re cancelling my second order. The delivery guy came back with a different debit machine. This time, our payment went through and the delivery guy gave an awkward laugh. It was frustrating how the staff acted as though we just didn’t have money to pay for it and the guy on the phone was so rude. Next time, check your machine before going out to deliver food. And don’t act all high and mighty when it is your fault why the payment didn’t go through the first time. SECOND, as I was really hungry because they took our food back to the store while they get another debit machine, I didn’t say anything when the delivery guy still gave himself a $5 tip (even after their mistake and the rude staff from the phone). When I got back inside, I was so excited to open the pizza and eat only to find a bug in it- a moth. I don’t know if that’s intentional because they had to go back or if that restaurant is simply unsanitary, but that ruined my appetite. That was straight up disgusting. TLDR: this restaurant doesn’t make sure their machines work and are rude to customers when it is their fault; AND they’re dirty.

Not at all happy first it arrives late then the pizza is cold worst part not enough toppings. called store and explained and mentioned that i work for dominos but the person doesn't understand what standard means for dominos. last clearly asked for chilli flakes in the notes but no where i can find them. This is how a 4 Topping pizza would looklike. SORRY FOR PEOPLE WHO ORDER 1 OR 2 TOPPING.Last pizza from you guys. NEVER SAY WE SLICE OUR TOPPING YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BUY FROM DOMINO'S.
