★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff who helped me with an aircast didn't seem to know much about it. The lady who was the "expert" was also no help when he asked her questions. I ended up having to watch youtube videos to find out exactly how to use the aircast....was also missing the stockinette and instructions. If I wasn't in pain and had the time and energy to go elsewhere, I would have.
