Kingsway Car Wash - Edmonton

I had an amazing experience at Kingsway carwash. Not only did my vehicle looks great but the customer service is top notch. New owner is super nice and friendly. I’m definitely returning again soon!

New owners have made some impressive changes towards better car wash experience and customer service. Now the soap dispensing is way better, only place who has "Tri-foam" around this area, water pressure is quite high to achieve a quick clean, spot free works they way it supposed to be! The bays are also very clean and wide. You feel safe and secure, someone is always there to help. Love it.

The quality of the wash was on the low end of what could be expected for a touches wash but my one-star review focuses more on the customer service. Admittedly, I made the mistake of waiting too long within the car wash as the the dryer countdown expired and the door immediately shut. This was not my experience at other touches car washes but it was my first time at this wash. The attendant who came to open the door was extremely rude and discourteous, at one point accusing me of "probably falling asleep" in my vehicle. I stated that I wasn't accustomed to this kind of wash as the Canadian Tire had a different system and he insisted it was the same. I delayed the customer behind me by maybe 10 seconds and was, at least initially, apologetic but, frankly, things became confrontational. A disappointing experience with an individual who with an extremely poor approach to customer service. *Seeing the response below which explains the technical aspects of my mistake and why I was in the wrong but does nothing to address the discourteousness of the attendant. Yes, the attendant arrived quickly but then proceeded to scold me in a judgmental manner for a simple mistake as a first time user of this car wash. I asked him the question of whether repeat business was important or if he would rather continue to treat me as he was. The response below--completely ignoring the attendant's conduct--is almost as appalling as the attitude displayed on the day of service. There are many car washes in the area, and I tried to extend an olive branch.

I like their facility. It is nice and big for any kind of vehicles. High pressure soap comes hot and enough to soak my car, then foam brush is the finest with real hair brush. Highly recommanded! Good job

It was a good car wash, how ever you need to have cash or credit card on hand. They don't have an ATM on site. The vacuum had good suction. And the hose had high water pressure. Those are to the Two main factors I prefer when at a car wash.

Finally, New owner made $1 / 1 Minute for credit card users. Price was the only reason that I did not come to this best car wash in our area. Bye, Hughes car wash. Good job new owner of Kingsway Car Wash! You earned back my business.

Kingsway Car Wash is such a great place to get a car wash! With 11 bays for handheld car washing and 2 touchless car washes, I've never had an issue with waiting long for a spot. I'm usually really picky about my car washes and Kingsway has everything I need. Powerful pressure, hot water, lots of soap, lots of cleaning options, and don't forget the tri-colour foam. The price is really affordable and the wands are easy to use. New owners work really hard and were always present if I needed help. Used to have to drive far south to wash my car but will only have to drive a couple minutes to go to the best carwash in Edmonton.

First time using Kingsway Car wash. Amazing service by the owner. Very first time using tri-foam. It is a new new world. A lot cleaner than regular car wash. Highly recommend to use it. Willing to use this facility at all time. Definitely coming back 100% for sure
