★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to stay here due to a canceled flight. The staff were quite difficult to work with at times, but others were nice (hit or miss I suppose). The rooms were clean and modern but not very accessible for person's with disabilities (very heavy sliding door for bathroom, very fragile (entirely glass) table beside bed that shattered when a single backpack was put on top of it. No views (it's an airport, that's to be expected). It's extremely overpriced. The pool needs maitenance and a good clean, but the hot tub was nice. You have to walk quite a ways to get to the hotel from the airport, which is not convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved our stay here! Wished the restaurant/in-room dining had more vegan options since there was only 1 vegan option but it was super tasty! If you’re vegan, get the sweet potato & kale fritters because it was delicious! Would definitely stay here again when I need to stay close to the airport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here because it was a short inside walk to the airline counters and we wanted to drop off our rental car a day early (which saved us a little cash, so this hotel worked out to be a very reasonable rate should we have kept the car and booked a cheaper hotel 10 minutes away from the airport). We got in early, and the front desk processed us quickly. He was polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. There is a 24hr gym that was clean, and everything appeared to be working. Check out was just dropping off the access card and back to the airport. It felt COVID safe to stay there. The only minor complaint was I had asked for a quiet room, and we ended up across from the elevator. Twice during the night, people getting off the elevator woke us up - a minor issue as we never sleep well while in "travel mode." I will revisit the next time when in the area. I don't yet trust the app's security, so don't use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here after a long Boxing Day of travel 2021, easy check in, great room service food from Halo, King suite clean room, good with Covid, upon our return home, we checked in Jan 2,2022, I had to return the rental car, front desk gave me a parking pass, which gave us extra time to unload and settle into the room before dropping off the vehicle! Bonus.. didn’t have to drag luggage from rental agent through airport to front desk. Again a great experience with the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice hotel, quirky. Clean, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff, decent amenities and can't get any closer to the airport. The food at the bistro /bar is good if a bit pricey. The bathroom is surprisingly large and with a sliding door. The one wall is covered by wallpaper of the back pockets of jeans... The disappointment was the shower, I think I've gotten wetter in a rain shower. LOL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We missed our connecting flight right before Christmas and the airline lost our luggage so, unexpectedly, we needed to stay the night at the airport with our six month old. We were stressed to say the least. But we left the next day feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff were so helpful and accommodated all of our needs from a late check out to a last minute crib. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable - the bed was a dream. The food selections were great and room service was fast and delicious. I wish we had brought our bathing suits to take advantage of the pool but it was easy to get on netflix and watch our favourite movies. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my last-minute stay at this hotel. The convenience of being attached to the airport is enough reason to stay here, but the staff was super kind and polite. Room service was also very quick and the food was decent for hotel food. The room was very clean and decor was nice, there is some really fun accent lighting. Bed was comfy and sheets soft. Great stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! We came in quite late, around 12am, so usually you expect night staff to be a little less inviting. But they were completely the opposite, very inviting and helpful, I felt very welcome.
Super cool entry-way also! The music was fun, yet relaxing. The art is beautiful and all of the design choices are new and fresh. When we walked into the room I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean. We also had breakfast at Halo, which was also extremely wonderful. Great service! The waitress who served us was delightful, we felt very comfortable.
For the price I would definitely say it is worth staying here!
