★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flight was great, the stewardess were lovely. However when we arrived in the Toronto Airport it seems there was no gate for the plane to allow us to get off? So we waited 35 minutes before we are able to de-board the plane. This meant my driver had to wait which cost me more for the extra time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid for our reserved seats asking the lady on the phone to put us in front of the wing. Before boarding we again asked if our seats were in front of the wing and were told they were. When we boarded, our seats were right on top of the wing. Stewardess wouldn't help until we were in the air. Then we were moved forward. The plane was about 1/3 full. Lots of empty spots.
For the return flight I was able to change my seat when I printed my boarding pass. The flight crew were friendly and offered to move anyone if they wanted because the plane was not full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flair airline is a good value and inexpensive airline. The staff are polite, warm and friendly. I have taken 3 flights between Montreal and Vancouver so far. All of these are direct flight. They send you messages a few times to guide you what needed be done for check-in. It is helpful and easy with their App installed on my cellphone. All 3 flights I took were on time either departure or arrival. Yes, the plane is not big but I like it.
Today, I took my forth flight with Flair. The air hostess always wear a smile when I looked at her. Again, the flight was on time (15 minutes late to take off but I received an email to apologize for it). Like this airline and have been recommending her to our friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great flight with flair! Initially my flight had got delayed and cancelled but flair provided me meal voucher so I had no regret. Overall it was a really great experiance. Super smooth landing and take-off. Hats off to pilot of F2101

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First flight with Flair, and there have not been any problems, delays, issues at all. Staff are very friendly, vey helpful and approachable. The plane was basic, but clean, and flight was smooth. We even arrived at our destination 10 minutes early! I am so impressed with the prices! Finally, an airline who understands the value of hard working customers, and meets their needs to be an affordable way of travel. Thank you, Flair Air, for being the game changer. Keep up with the good prices, and keep praising great staff for making my first flight with you amazing!! Keep up with the low prices continue offering great options. I will certainly fly with you again! Definitely recommend Flair Air!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flair Airlines is a very competitive airline service because of affordability. Price of the seat is un beatable. This makes people choose Flair. Thank you Flair Airlines for your presence to make it easy on people to fly east or west of Canada without paying an arm and leg just to fly and do your business. Must know of the delay of Flair flight can happen so make time for the flight delay not to miss your business meeting or to miss your appointment spot. Flight crew are very polite and friendly. The airplane is compact and clean it is good enough to travel and finish your assigned job. You can make reservations and check ins online very straightforward and easy to do steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't beat the value! Will be flying with Flair again. Had a very pleasant experience with Flair for my roundtrip between Vancouver and Phoenix, Arizona. This was my first time flying with Flair (or any "low-cost airline") and I was nervous about additional fees. All fees were however very transparent and I did not mind sacrificing services such as free food/drink for a significantly lower cost of airfare. One big pro for me was flying into a smaller airport which made it much easier/quicker for security check and arranging rides to/from the airport.
From my experience, I would not recommend using their online chat support for seat changes after check-in as there is a service fee in addition to the reservation change fee and seat selection fee. Additionally, my support left the chat after me not responding within 2 minutes to accept the charges. The Flair representative at the airport gate was much more friendly and easier to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first trip with Flair! Overall I was very pleased with our flight with Flair from Edmonton to Las Vegas. Our departing plane was delayed by about one hour, but that was not bad. Online check in was easy, everything flowed smoothly on the way there. On the way home our flight was delayed again by about one hour but we were given a few days notice so that was fine. I wasn’t able to check my son in online on the return flight so we contacted Flair through their text chat support and got a reply right away and they waived the $25 fee to check in at the airport so that was good. Overall I was very pleased with our flight!
