You might want to double check your order, if you have a 15 minutes please be quick. The staff takes expectionally long to prepare an order or get the combo right. We ended up running back to the plane and half the meal wasnt complete. So just pay attention and double check your order before you leave the counter

I just had an unfortunate experience with employee 1049 Gurbinde on May 20th at 10:24 am. Gurbinde was quitely rude when we were taking our order and no polite. We asked first for a Harvest breakfast sandwich and she said that they don't serve that and then we asked for a Chicken Wrap and said the same with a pretty rude tone. They don't serve anything! At the end she didn't asked us if we wanted the receipt and when we receive our order was missing a Red bull and I was a the counter to asked for my Redbull and she wasn't happy but she gave to me the redbull that she forgot and when I asked her about the receipt she wasn't really happy and polite.

No selection. Want a breakfast wrap, didn’t have it. Asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel, didn’t have it. Went to use my reward card for the coffee, didn’t accept it. This location absolutely sucks!!!!!

I enjoyed my coffee as usual. My daughter got an ice cap, she did not enjoy it. She said it tasted like peanut butter. Two sips and tossed it out.

Had a unfortunate experience today dealing directly with employee Gurbinde. Aside from them not having much available on the menu she charged me a full price combo and refused to give me the drink. When I asked she said I didn't ask for a drink rudely and refused to give me a coffee that I paid for? Not worth the hassle to deal with.

I don't know where to begin with this but here we go. The "bacon English muffin" I ordered was forgotten for 10 minutes while they served other customers. When I reminded the staff of my order, they checked the order screen and clearly saw that they had deleted it without making the order and said nothing to apologize. The staff then slowly pieced together what was the worst pile of stale ingredients they could find. Bacon that was completely crumbled, might as well have been bacon bits on a salad. Not to mention the egg that looked like it had been under a heat lamp for 2 weeks.

Very bad service, so rude employee, we got 5 different drinks they didn't label even a single one:( She was getting angry for no reason. Please be humble for your customers we are paying for this service it's not free so we deserve to be treated politely.

Four cheese bagel with extra butter and french vanilla is our usual order. Also tried their new chocolate croissant but it was lil too sweet. Also the extra sugar coating on croissant feels unnecessary.
