S	Salyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is good. We had a a comfy bed and good sleep. The kids loved the pool especially now that it's per booking and it's only allocated for our family. We're really glad that breakfast buffet is back now. Overall, had a great stay even for a night.
R	Ryan Kunn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are low, very friendly service, rooms are small but work, free breakfast is all right and the lady who runs it works hard, amenities are okay, there seems to be a heating issue as we can't turn the heat down so it gets pretty warm. Things seem to be wearing out. Our hockey team did okay here but probably won't go back.

Vending services need updating, snack machine only accepted coins, drinks machine only card but no machine accepted multiple cards, long dry hungry night was had. Breakfast offering for the price was pathetic! Hot offerings of sausage and cheese omelette, somewhat the let down! Apart from the hunger strike during the storm a pleasant stay was had. Thanks you.

The airport shuttle was on time m and the front desk called to inform us the shuttle had arrived. Check in was excellent the representative was very warm and friendly it was quite a smooth process. Checking out was equally good. Room was good, comfortable enough and I could actually sleep on the pillows.

I even liked the style of the interior, , things that is very difficult for me to find!!! And the breakfast was a wholesome of things!!For sure I will come back!

As a long time IHG member I used the site to find Nisku Holiday Inn and Suites. From the moment I pulled onto a well maintained parking area until I walked out receiving a cheery "Have a Good Day" I was treated excellently. I was met by friendly staff who seamlessly checked me in to a very clean and well appointed room. Wi-Fi was strong, which allowed me to connect and prepare my presentation and get my work done. Room was quiet which allowed me to concentrate and get my work done. They will be my hotel of choice when I have to return to the region.
S	Superscotty19 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff went over and above to cater to us. TV Singal was down but they still tried to help. Sofabed was missing linens and pillows but they got us fixed quick. Pillows were great and bed was pretty comfy. Pool staff was genuinely friendly. Lots of parking and Great selection of breakfast items, too. Oh perfect pool temperature with the Fastest Hotel waterslide ever!!!!
S	Sue Malainey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to meet our relative from Eastern Canada who was at the Holiday Inn on a quick stopover, in the Eclipse restaurant. Our server was incredibly attentive! Didn’t press us to order, we were obviously reconnecting and visiting, she came back every 10-15 minutes to check if we were ready. All of our meals were great: I had the most tender steak, grilled to just rightness and the other guests had the salmon. The salmon was thick, a good size “chunk” my husband said and very flavourful. The chef came out twice to check on us, wow! The whole area that we saw was super clean. The only do better I would say is not related to the restaurant but the hotel lobby: the washroom door was crazy tight, I could barely open it enough to slip in/out. I highly recommend the Eclipse Restaurant.
