I was having issues with my credit card being locked from using tap at a gas station before my flight into town. After trying and not being able to get my cad to work, one of their staff members went out of their way to drive me to the local Bank branch so that I could everything sorted out. The staff was super accommodating and got me on the road quickly. Highly recommend them.

I have been travelling for business for over 25 years, and I have never had the pleasure of renting from anyone as friendly, fun and attentive as Tracy and her team. They not only got me out of a jam, but also had some great hardware with a Hemi Durango at a fantastic rate. 11/10 I highly recommend!

On the busy May long weekend, we had to book a last minute car, knowing our luck would be very slim finding something. I called Routes and Tracy took care of everything. Shuttle was fast. Tracy is awesome she has a great attitude Best customer service. Great Jeep. When I go back to Alberta I would fly to Edmonton just to rent from Tracy again. Thank you !!!

I had to extend my rental period two more times and both extensions were done through phone with no hassle. The reason I did not give them a five star recommendation was because I did not get the vehicle I expected. I was expecting a Nissan Rogue but got a Jeep Sahara instead, which is an upgrade at the same price and a blessing considering the -25 weather in Edmonton when I was there so I guess I really should not complain. Tracy was very pleasant and efficient.

The shuttle picks you up from the airport ? and then you sign in and get the vehicle you chose over the internet or one of similarity. For my road trip with the ladies we had chose a Jeep Wrangler, however they were currently under maintenance so we ended up getting a Dodge Durango for the same price. Unlimited KM's was so worth it ? We had a lovely lady called Tracy drive us back to the airport after we had returned the car. Tracy is amazing ? she is such a lovely welcoming woman, plus she's such a great vibe ❤️ definitely the cherry on top of the end of our girls trip! This trip was taken by my mother, my aunt and I! Only great reviews from us for Routes Car Rental.
