My wife and I stayed here last weekend There was no shampoo in our room or tissue. Thankfully as we travel often, I had spare shampoo and other toiletries. We also left our room in the same condition we we're given it. It's been a week now (5 business days) and I have yet to receive my $100 deposit. I've called several times in regards and PR is SERIOUSLY lacking. The last conversation I had, the woman told me to wait a couple more business days and if I haven't gotten it back, call my bank... Sure but she didn't ask for my name, what room I was in, how long I stayed, nothing. How do you know what's going on with out actually looking into it? On both occasions I called, no one asked me any relevant information. The last woman seemed pretty bothered with me from the loud sigh into the phone followed by the word Hello. If and when I get my deposit back, the PR and dodging my refund is enough for me to say, I won't be back and questioning staying in any Radisson hotel. I've never had so much issues and run around with deposits ever. This hotel was better when it was under Paradise.

The lack of hygiene and cleanliness of this hotel cannot be understated- especially post-covid. Our bedsheets were stained, our shower and tub had hair in it. Upon arrival there were no toiletries in the room of any sort. We had to request towels, shampoo, and toilet paper. We were staying 3 nights and were told they "don't housekeeping on the weekends." Really - less than a year post covid restrictions that shook the hospitality industry and you cannot be bothered to provide clean rooms for your guests? When we approached the front desk after our shower refused to drain - we were met with a duty manager saying nothing could be done while he jammed out with Airpods still in his ears - right at the front-facing desk. Talk about customer service! After they assured us they would look into our complaints we went on about our day hoping it'd be fixed for the coming nights stay. It wasn't- its awfully hard to wash your hair with 2 hand lotions and a bottle of conditioner. Still no towels - so my boyfriend went down to the front desk to request some. They provided him a face cloth and a what appeared to be a cleaning towel. On our final night I asked my boyfriend to get some ice for our drinks - perhaps the staff were so busy trying to avoid flooding on the main floor from a leaking ice machine that they needed the housekeeping staff to assist them? I spent a year travelling to and from Edmonton on a bi-weekly basis with my Government job. Anytime even the slightest inconvenience arose - the rate was partially refunded, our room was upgraded or there was some other attempt made that recognized that hotels are a customer-run business. Not this hotel - the duty manager didn't even look like he'd heard us - maybe his Airpods were too loud. If you can avoid this hotel- do it. The rates are nowhere near worth the 3 day headache.

This hotel is hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed for the money. Although the free breakfast is not available due to covid, it provides free coffee from 5am to 9am. We come up from Calgary to visit relatives and have stayed here every time. There is a exercise room but no pool if you have kids. If your looking for a comfortable Bed and a clean room, I know you will be extremely hard pressed to find a better one. Other reviews regarding credit Card damage deposits not being removed in a timely manner is not a concern for us. Will come back here again, no question!

This was a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful when checking in and out. It is close to the hotel and there is a free shuttle to the airport. I was able to park my own car while I was away for only five dollars per night! The only complaint I have is the breakfast. It wasn't very good is a nice way of saying it.

Check in was great the ladies at front desk are super nice. The room looked clean until we were getting in bed for a nap and the comforter was dirty and stained, so gross. Housekeeping was gone so I asked front desk for a new clean one. She couldn't find one so took one from another room. That one had a hair but Ill take the hair over the gross stains so not very impressed

We booked a room for 5 people but we received 2 towels. We had to ask front desk for 3 more towels but they only gave 2, so we had to go and ask again for the last towel. Further, breakfast on Sunday is posted as ending at 10:30am, however, upon arriving at 10am everything was already cleaned up. We were told by front desk again that the chef had left and nothing could be done about it. What an unforgettable stay here at the Park Inn!

Very nice for what it is! Nothing fancy bare bones bed and shower. Everything looks clean beds aren't cheap but not top tier. Service was great friendly. Would highly recommend for a business trip or clean comfort on a budget, I will be back.

Room was clean and updated. Beds comfortable. Breakfast had great hours. No soap or shampoo in the room. After asking the front desk, they explained a supply shortage, but gave shampoo though feel like soap could be purchased elsewhere. We ended up buying our own. Seemed to also be in short supply of plates and cups for breakfast as we had to wait for those on multiple days (even though they were just disposable cups), but the food was okay. Being pet friendly is great, but charging a fee per pet with no access to water bowls or even bags didn't make a ton of sense.
