★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was in a serious accident that wasn't my fault. I was very upset but Brad looked after me and my ride. I wouldn't say I would ask to get hit again but it was as pleasurable of an experience as it ever could have been. I also return back shortly to see if they'd fix a piece of my tractor, they had my tractor fixed up and was alot better price than in was expecting. It also looked pretty good for a butt match of JD green.
I'll be permanent customer of carstar Leduc, though i truly hope to keep my visits to a minimum. I know im in great hands with Brad and his i-car platinum technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be one of the worst experiences i've ever had. I dropped my car off 7 weeks ago and got it back broken...they fixed my door but the locking mechanism was broken along with the opposite side lock as well. Now it is just bad luck the the other door broke at this time but the original door should have been fixed. Brad told us that we could take it to the dealership and he would cover it to look at it. But now it is $180 out of our pocket that Carstar is refusing to cover because it's not their problem. (That was just for the dealership to say "Yep! It's broken!") This place has had the worst customer service ever. After several phones calls asking about where my vehicle was..."oh it will be done on Monday... oh it will be done on Thursday....I'll call you...and then not get any calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't impress easily but this business really impressed my. From start to finish they treated me like family. That might sound like a cliche but it is true. I would 100% fight to have my vehicle fixed here. They went over and above to make sure they took care of all the details for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for the overall experience. If I could give 5/5 stars for the repair and 1 star for service I would. My experience with the repair was great. The repair looked great so no complaints on that end. But the customer service was less than stellar! If you like to be contacted with information on your service or any info you’ve asked for.. don’t expect it!
I got the run around during my repair and to get a deductible paid back to me which took numerous phone calls and visits. With a bunch of excuses and empty promises to go with each encounter. It took 1.5months time for it to be resolved. Seriously think about spending your hard earned money at a small repair shop. You’ll likely get less run around since they have only their reputation to go off of and not a huge chain of locations to back their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CarStar Leduc has become my go-to for anything pertaining to vehicle body repair. I have had my truck, my wife’s SUV, and both my daughters’ cars worked on and in some cases multiple times. They are friendly, efficient and are approved by my insurance company making the whole process painless.
Their work is second to none and given a choice, I would not go anywhere else.
My truck suffered some serious cosmetic damage, and I was afraid I would never be happy with it again but the repair was so good, I am still driving it 5 years later.
