★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at this location is the best of the best. I had reoccurring tire issues in the past that were right from car purchase. Chris, was on top of things each time to ensure I was taken care of efficiently. Had winter tires put on with them recently and again customer service was wonderful! They had the care and attention to put my summer tires into my vehicle bagged and clean with zero mess in the interior. These guys are the BEST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get new tires put on my vehicle. I had to take two of my children with me and had to wait at the shop while it was being done. Not only did they do a great job with the tires, but they also were so patient with my youngest (3) being a tad bit rambunctious. Their staff was so amazing and just the nicest people! I could not have asked for a better experience and will be returning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to try and get my tires changed for winter and spoke to an employee named Chris, suggested I should book an appointment for a different day. The customer service here is embarrassing, and he did not have to give me that attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All this work completed on a rv he inspections and repairs were done by fountain tire in Leduc, there was over $2,000 dollars spent on repairs, the master cylinder wheel cylinders and brake drums were replaced, if there was an issue with the pressure on the brake pedal fountain tire is responsible ( as per RV solutions) And my brakes went too the floor

I went in to fix a small leak, but instead of resolving the issue, the attendant (I believe his name was Chris) insisted on finding unrelated issues and wasting my time. I simply wished to fix the leak, but instead I received a list of unrelated issues, and the leak was still there. If you're looking to waste time and money on amateurs, you might as well try to fix it yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was the team at Fountain Tire able to get my truck in this afternoon with virtually zero notice, they didn’t charge me a dime to fix the issue I had having with my tires. I don’t know if they knew today was my birthday, but they absolutely made my day! I will always use these guys for my tire needs and would refer them to anyone. 10/10 customer service
