★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a trailer from Leduc western RV. The trailer is great, but their warranties are not. I paid for the warranty and there was malfunction with the flushing mechanism. So I submitted all the paperwork, then they wanted the sticker off the back of the toliet. Thank goodness I took it, I sent it in like they requested. They also asked for the sticker two days after the repairs were done in b.c.. now I have to find the receipt from the post office to get confirmation of the register letter containing the original sticker. This is on top of taking pictures confirming the toliet.. Do not deal with their warranties. They do not back their word. The warranties are a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David Cooper was an excellent salesman...he listened to what we were looking for, our wants and needs. He gave us ideas we had not thought of and was very thorough and personable. He did not ever make us feel like we HAD to buy something. When a prior deal fell through on the RV that we really wanted, he contacted us right away and offered it to us. It was on the sunday after we had been there, we live 2.5 hours away and the team waited for us to come to close on the RV we desired. David, Nick, and Larry stayed after hours to answer questions and process the deal. We truly felt the smalltown treatment we were looking for given we are from a small town ourselves...very accomodating and they went beyond what was required. We definitely will be back in the future for our RV service needs...it was a no pressure, relaxed sales experience!

The team at Western RV worked diligently to have my trailer ready for the scheduled pick up, and were accommodating for fixing any issues I came across on the walk through.

I see you replied "I asked more than I paid". I can say you're a liar, but hey, nothing new from you looking at other reviews for your dealer. Apparently you are making liars every one giving you a bad score. As for my RV, I was asking what I paid (considering all prices went up in the last 2 years, including your prices at new and old units) but you wanted to pay many few thousands less. I asked for negotiations (as you mentioned in emails I have "come and negotiate in person and not over email or phone") which I did, but you didn't even wanted to talk. You said take it or leave it, thinking we are taking the deal as you presented. And when I said I'm leaving and I'm not buying from you, you became angry and intimidating to me and my wife, which was very unprofessional.

We didn’t feel pressured with our decisions, or pressure to add-on all the extras. We knew exactly what we wanted and left with the products and warranty package we had expected.
