★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had the product we wanted for the right price, so we opted to drive from Calgary to Schwab's and we weren't disappointed. We left with our new trailer in tow and the deal done three days later. So far, I'm most impressed with the responsiveness, respectfulness, helpfulness, and general friendliness of the staff before and after the sale was completed. I've called them with a couple questions since the sale, including a little problem with a ripped seam in a mattress, and we heard their friendly voices within hours. They were willing to ensure that was fixed up which included willingness to contact a more local dealer to ensure the mattress problem was fixed. So far, we are quite impressed with this dealership, and we have some trust that they'll help us if we need any help with our new RV.. This is much appreciated.

I was in a situation where my RV was NOT Winterized from the vendor I bought it from, and it was a brand new purchase. Needless to say I have issues when I went to use it for my very first time, I had breached waterlines. And I was not in the town where my RV was purchased, so they wouldn’t look after me through warranty. Being the situation as it is it’s very tough to get your RV in any place to get a repair done. Swabs took me and got me serviced, and wrote up what they discovered.I had to pay for it out of pocket, and now I have a fight with the other RV dealership for reimbursement. I really wish I would have gotten my RV from Schwab’s now because of the service I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought a used 2019 5th wheel here last august. had a few learning issues with our jacks once at campsite one call and they worked me thru it. this year i guess i needed a refresher as i had issues again. (honestly my fault) we dropped in to the dealership in leduc and Trevor was wonderful and hAd is back on the road quickly, thank you so much for your time and patience. one happy customer here. great service. thank you to Kevin our salesperson who also was very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the service team! From the tech's to the counter ladies.. they're amazing! We did not purchase our trailer there, but we will when we are ready for an upgrade. Recently, we had a light issue and had to bring it in. We were a bit later than we wanted and showed up on a Friday at 4:30. They took care of us like we were family. After confirming it was the light assembly causing the problem, they replaced it in 5 min. Charged us for the parts of a new light assembly and we were on our way. No hassel, no problems, no price gouging. By far the best service I have received for my RV. Treated like family! Thanks everyone! You guys rocked it again!!!
